PREMIERE COMME DES LARMES – CDL

PREMIERE CDL || Eli Talgi - Medical Clowns |Confused Machines| 2026

Ep Name » Cassette Recordings 79 - 85 [CM-RE03]

Label » Confused Machines - https://soundcloud.com/confused-machines

Release date: July 10, 2026

💲BUY HERE 💲>>> https://confusedmachines.bandcamp.com/album/eli-talgi-cassette-recordings-79-85-cm-re03

It started with a tip from Simon. During a visit to the Carmiel flea market, a spot known for its crates of old cassettes, he noticed a box that stood out from the usual clutter. These tapes bore the methodical, hand-drawn aesthetic of a fanzine. Dates, titles, and diagrams were scrawled in neat ink.

When I first played these tapes back in my studio, the air in the room changed. It was a fully realized, hermetic sonic world - urgent, sophisticated, and completely undocumented. When these tracks were aired on “Return to The Lost Days” on KZ Radio, the reaction was immediate. It felt as if a missing link had been found in the history of electronic music.

Recorded by Eli Talgi 1979 - 1985
Compiled and Edited by Aviram Genii Guetta, Ishai Adar and Rani Zager
Mastered from the original tapes by Mule Driver
Artwork by Studio Harel & Maayan

The first premiere from the forthcoming Confused Machines × @nova_romema x Guinness rec release is now live.

Eli Talgi’s music was discovered on a box of forgotten cassettes - a hidden electronic world that somehow escaped history.

Limited edition of 100 copies only.

Many thanks to @tracklistings.official for hosting the premiere.

If you’d like to support the release, you can listen and find more details on Bandcamp.
