POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Late in Spring, I had the idea to take a month-long solo trip somewhere. The idea evolved over time, eventually culminating in the decision to spend all of August in a relatively small town called Ciudad Colon in the San Jose province of Costa Rica.

I didn’t fully know why I felt so compelled to do this, but trusted that it was just something I needed to do.

There have been bumps in the road throughout the experience, and that has not made it any less worthwhile. Most good things in life appear in tandem with challenge. Having the willingness to move through discomfort and maintain certainty in the process is the whole point.

Grateful every day that I made the decision to do this for myself.

This one is a meditation on the human quest for meaning, purpose, beauty, connection, happiness, and fulfillment in life. Best listened to in a calm setting.
