It’s almost been a week since Icarus’ remix of @braxton and @laurenlaimant’s ‘Holding On’ 🙌

Hear them speak about their journey remixing the track and what it’s like being involved in the 15 years of Colorize compilation 🫶 by @thisisicarus

The 15-year anniversary begins with the first in a special run of remix releases, as @thisisicarus rework @braxton & @laurenlaimant much-loved single, ‘Holding On’ 🫶

Originally released in 2023 and now sitting on over 5 million Spotify streams, ‘Holding On’ has become one of Colorize’s standout modern records and made it onto our Colorize 500 vinyl. We knew Icarus would be the perfect pair for the remix, bringing their refined Bristol-born sound to the track, reshaping Lauren’s vocal and Braxton’s atmospheric foundations into a deeper, club-focused cut 🔊

This modern twist brings it into today and shows exactly how far we’ve come as a label. Now it’s yours! 💜 by @thisisicarus
