with a happy & heavy heart, i’m saying goodbye @frebrikkker that have been with me for 13 years and moving on with a new start.

it’s really hard for me to put my words out. For the past days, I kept staring at a blank screen, trying to find the right words because I never thought I would have to say goodbye to a space that has been with me for so long.

The past chapter of my life has been one of the hardest I’ve ever gone through, countless days of fear, uncertainty, tears, and moments where I questioned if I had the strength to keep going. many choices i had to make under circumstances beyond my control.

It still hurts knowing that years of memories, conversations, dreams and a community I’ve built with so much love will stay here forever. it’s like waking up from a dream and everything did not exist at the very first place. but I hope this not an ending, but a new beginning. when god closes a door, somewhere he opens up a window, right?

i may not know everyone of you here but truly thank you for every message, every like, every comment, and every moment you’ve been part of my life here. all the messages, every support from you really carried me through, it’s really more than you’ll ever know.

for the people who just knew me, please give me an opportunity to introduce myself again. when i’m ready, i’ll start again on this new account with my real name 陈嘉恩
