Girllll being gluten-free does NOT have to feel confusing or overwhelming 😭🤍 I know how hard it was for me trying to figure out what to eat, what products to buy, and how to still make meals my whole family would actually enjoy… so I got you girl!! ✨💅

I’m here to help make gluten-free living EASY, realistic, flavorful, and family-friendly 👏🏽 Cuz it was definitely not easy for me at first honey 😩 But that doesn’t have to be the case for you!! I’d love for you to follow along and hopefully I can help make this lifestyle feel that much easier… and heck maybe even fun too ✨🤍

✨ EASY Gluten-Free Smothered Chicken Meatballs ✨

• Brown gluten-free chicken meatballs in a skillet and set aside
• Sauté sliced onion, red + green bell peppers in butter
• Add minced garlic + seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, or whatever you like 😊)
• Sprinkle in gluten-free flour and stir well
• Slowly add chicken broth until a creamy gravy forms
• Add meatballs back in and simmer 10–15 mins
• Serve over white rice & enjoy 🤍
