Marketing isn't selling. It's understanding what people actually need — before they even ask for it.
Most businesses get this backwards. They push products first and hope someone buys. Real marketing starts with the customer's problem, not your product.

Everyone blames targeting first. It's rarely the real problem.

3 mistakes that cost me $2,000+ before I learned this the hard way.

No theory this time — just what actually happened.

1️⃣ I chased ROAS, not profit. Dashboard looked great. Bank account didn't agree.

2️⃣ I scaled too fast. Doubled the budget the moment I saw one good day.

3️⃣ I ignored returns & refunds. They were quietly eating 30% of what I thought was profit.

What changed everything? I stopped looking at CPA and started looking at actual profit per order.

What's a mistake YOU learned the hard way? Drop it below — let's normalize talking about this. Tag someone who needs to see this. 👇

Most founders see a good ROAS, feel confident, and double their ad budget.

Two weeks later, the bank balance tells a different story than the dashboard did.

Here's the truth: scaling doesn't fix a broken number — it multiplies it. If your unit economics are wrong at $100/day, they're still wrong at $1,000/day. Just bigger.

Before you scale, ask yourself:
1️⃣ Is profit per order actually positive?
2️⃣ Is CAC lower than LTV?
3️⃣ Is your margin sustainable after ad spend?

Scaling doesn't create new problems — it just makes the old ones impossible to ignore.

Comment "CHECK" and I'll tell you exactly what to verify before you scale. 👇
