When was the last time you did something just for YOU?

Not because you had to. Not because someone needed you to. But simply because you wanted to.

Well, here’s your invitation! 🥹

WATERFRONT WELLNESS WEEKEND
Ålesund, Norway | April 9–11, 2027
Hosted by: @qualityhotelwaterfront

We are so excited to be teaming up with Quality Hotel Waterfront for a weekend packed with movement, new experiences, good food, great people, and a whole lot of fun!

And no, this isn’t just a yoga weekend!

We’re talking yoga at the aquarium (yes, surrounded by marine life!! 🐠), breathwork, mobility, inspiring lecture and Yoga by guest teacher Ann-Kristin Henriksen, sauna, cold plunges, meaningful conversations, and plenty of moments to just slow down and enjoy yourself.

All of this in my beautiful hometown of Ålesund, surrounded by mountains and fjords. I mean…does it get much better?! 🥹

And here’s something we really want you to know.

You don’t need to have any experience with yoga or movement to join us. You don’t need to be flexible, super fit, or know anyone there.

Come with your best friend, bring your partner, or show up on your own! We would LOVE to have you.

Our drive is that you’ll leave with a big smile, some new friendships, a body that feels amazing, and memories you’ll be talking about long after the weekend is over.

And we have a little something extra for you! 👇

Join us on the green for a lovely Fall Yoga Flow! With @thisisnorthbound as our instructors, we’ll welcome the cooler temps and falling leaves as signals to slow our pace and embrace the changing of seasons.

We’ll move through an all levels practice with a mix of mobility, strength, balance, and flowing movement. Nothing too serious. Just a chance to move your body, breathe, slow down, and start your weekend feeling good.

Invite a friend and catch up after class with a butter pumpkin latte off our new full menu 🍁🎃🍂

This one feels pretty special. 🤍

For the last 2.5 months, we’ve been building Northbound Collective from two different countries. Sharing ideas across time zones, taking calls whenever we could, sending each other thoughts at all hours, changing our minds, and honestly just figuring it out as we go.
All while counting down the days until we could finally be together again as a family.

Our last day in Norway is here, and the journey back to the USA starts tomorrow.

It feels kind of crazy that as we’re making our way back to each other, we’re also finally putting something out into the world that we’ve talked about and dreamed about building together for a long time.

Northbound is about movement, yes, but to us, it’s always been about so much more than working out.

It’s about getting outside. Staying curious. Feeling strong and capable. Trying new things. Spending time with people you love. Moving because it makes you feel good. And creating a life that you’re genuinely excited to be living.

We definitely don’t have it all figured out yet. We’re building this as we go, and we want to bring you along for that part too..the ideas, the adventures, the messy parts and everything in between.

This is just the beginning, and we’re really excited to see where it takes us.

Northbound Collective. 🤍
