February 2020 you were diagnosed with 3 types of Breast Cancer. damn ma We tried to fight so hard but God had/has different plans. This is worse than heartbreak 💔💔💔💔. We had a bond thicker than blood, we were kindred spirits. The last 2 weeks we were in and out of the hospital. You were discharged on a Weds and had a sushi night, something you’ve been wanting since your diagnosis. That same night God had a different plan, he elegantly caused your colon to perforate. The Doctors told us surgery wouldn’t really be an option and that you would have days to live. You didn’t want to be selfish to your family and risk a surgery you wouldn’t come out of. So you choose to live it out. You were surrounded by SO MUCH LOVE those next 5 days. We all learned so much from you. Every day the pain increased and you still asked about others and how they were doing. And on the 7th day 6/30/21 @ 11:55PM you took your last breath. RIP TO A TRUE CHAMPION. There was even a thunderstorm for you that night. I couldn’t figure out why you were waiting so long to let go and in the last 2 hours I said “you know what, she wants us to get some champagne and make a toast. That’s whAt she would want. I left the hospital and went to get the champagne. We all made a toast… about ab hr later I poured the last bit and by the grace of god you groaned for like 30 seconds. We all looked at each other in amazement because you didn’t do that all day. As soon as we grabbed the nurse you stopped groaning 😅 I guess you only wanted us to hear.l what you had to say.. little did I know it was a goodbye. Wow… I was just getting ready to leave as we watched your breath get slower and slower. I chugged my last sip and my aunt said “don’t leave yet.” In that moment you decided to let go with all of us there. I watched you take you last breath as I took my last sip. I love you so much mom. I’m going to miss taking care of you, taking you to your appointments every day, and sitting with you as you took your baths. I got everything I prayed for. You left peacefully, with dignity and grace. You no longer have to suffer or be in pain. Rip to a true champion of life. 💔💔💔💔❤️❤️❤️❤️ #fckcancer #fuckcancer by @thisisperez_

The 4 R’s 🔥 from my new book @howtostartseries. Make sure to follow the pages before they release📖📚

✨ Revibe – Change your energy. Your environment and mindset shape your future.

🔄 Reset – Give yourself permission to pause. Rest isn’t quitting—it’s preparation.

⚡ Reactivate – Wake up the dreams, goals, and purpose you’ve been putting off. Start moving again.

🎯 Refocus – Stop giving your attention to what doesn’t serve you. Put your energy where your future is.

Sometimes life isn’t asking you to work harder. It’s asking you to reset.

Take the time to reset your mind.
Reset your habits.
Reset your priorities.
Reset your circle.
Reset your vision.

Your next BOOK doesn’t begin when the CHAPTER changes—it begins the moment you decide to turn the page.

Revibe. Reset. Reactivate. Refocus.

In these 35 years around the sun I’ve learned a few life lessons I think is important to share.

Everything is negotiable

Start that new business, plant that idea - failing is better than never giving something a try. 🤝

Grief doesn’t leave, you just learn to live with it 💔 RIP MAMA 🕊️

Your plan may not be God’s plan 🙏🏽

Love is all about understanding and forgiveness 💗

It’s your job to communicate things properly and throughly to avoid misunderstandings 📣

This birthday feels different. This year is for the taking. My blessings don’t play about me! HBD 🅿️ 💰🎈🎉 taken in Playa del Carmen México by @thisisperez_
