This Summer 🌞 has been filled with a lot of firsts for Eden and I’m proud to bear witness.

1st - Sleep-away 🏕️
1st - Lemonade 🍋 stand
1st - Step team, team member (ooo video coming soon!)
1st - Basketball lesson
1st - Double Dutch experience

I brought her with me to DD for one specific purpose….exposure!!

Double Dutch was such a big part of my childhood. In dem days not knowing how to jump was the equivalent being picked last or not at all for sports. 😮‍💨

Then, you can’t jump and be double handed 🤣🤣. She started learning how to turn too.

She walked up with the biggest “I’m not interested” tude but walked away request I buy some rope. @showdemmovement your crew was so awesome and attentive to building her confidence, much love! by @thislittlethingofours

This right here is my heart. When God gets to doing His whole reflecting you thing he does with the children. Sometimes you see your best qualities in them… other times you see habits, attitudes, or wounds you didn’t realize you were carrying. Jeremiah was and still is my 1st Assignment. I love you boi boi. by @thislittlethingofours
