Yuengling shamrock marathon in the books! My 2nd marathon of many im sure! With a 3:22:03 chip time! I won’t forget this one and what it taught me. Unfortunately i did not achieve my original goal of sub 3:10. But, that’s okay i know there was missing work i need to do for next time. I’m still extremely proud of myself. Thank you to everyone’s support on and off the course. I couldn’t have dug deep to finish and push past several Charlie horses without it. The marathon wins this time but i will be back for more! Lastly, thank you to the sport of running because it has truly changed my life for the better 🫡 taken in Virginia Beach, Virginia by @thisshitjusswork

Marine corps marathon - 3:18:31 - 10/26/25
My first marathon and what can i say?! I am extremely proud of myself! Initial goal was sub 3:15:00. One day notice and i absolutely ripped it. Blew one hammie at mile 18 then the other at mile 22. But, you know what? I didn’t stop. Cause i knew i had more left to give. No long runs whatsoever leading up to this other than a 16 mile long run back in August. Just goes to show when i do zone in for my next marathon, i will be fully ready to go. The sky’s the limit people…never settle for mediocrity. All or nothing is the way i see things! Do everything with intention! I absolutely can’t wait to do it all over again! God bless us all! by @thisshitjusswork

First trail half marathon this morning! What an experience. Great yet brutal at the same damn time. Absolute 0 prep for this. Two week notice and i said oh well let’s go. To all the runners and supporters along the way you made it worth it to cross that finish line. I had to dig deep to finish with a time of 2:10.
