July has been a sea of bread so far. And sourdough toast cookies (third slide). But basically the same thing. Years ago for Valentine’s Day we collaborated on my favorite edible art I’ve ever made- lingerie cut out cookies. Inspired by their incredible collection of curated bras, panties, baby dolls and more. The good taste knows no bounds in @amourislove515 ⁣We will be bringing edible works of art inspired by the summers hottest designs. Buy a little treat for yourself and get a little treat to match! 😘 All money from this sale will help directly fund my recovery during my upcoming breast reduction in July. Late spring early summer inspo drop. I’ll die on the hill that food tastes better when you are inspired. Here’s how I’m filling my creative well lately.⁣⁣Fat ceramic monk salt and pepper shakers. Hotel Pattee and being the only visibly queer woman in a townie bar. A wine dinner in a glass atrium while the sun sets and Aaliyah plays. Sneaking away at a wedding to find a tree swing. English muffins egg sandwiches with green hot sauce. Monster artwork in the hallway. Cafe crema butterfly ranunculus. Dinners at home with folded fish napkins and friends around a tiny table. A red wine float cocktail at the kitchen island. Chive blossoms from the yarden. A big shiny rock. Incense sampler from @hotorimarket. Coconut flan. Piles of dirty dishes and full bellies. Yellow creeping its way into my color palette. Beer in plastic cups from Peggy’s tavern. Room service in crisp white linen sheets. Cortados from @daisychaincoffee and whole milk lattes from @horizonlinecoffee enjoyed out in the world. Peonies and cheese boards. Focaccia hot from the oven covered in flaky salt and olive oil. Hot girl house music summer. Dreaming about vintage coup glasses and champagne toasts in them. Comte from @thecheeseshopdsm. Strawberry Cream Cake. Mint slowly taking over the yard. Our favorite striped sheets. Gossip on the front porch and dreams of Peggy Martin roses climbing the front of our home. Holding hands on the walk home. A gold band with starbursts. It’s Mother’s Day, and no better way to celebrate the people you love than with TS treats. @daisychaincoffee @dogdayspiestand and I hatched a plan earlier this year that we’ve been keeping from you. At the time we were weighing if we wanted to do local farmers markets.Daniel, the owner of @daisychaincoffee suggested we could post up weekly at Daisy instead. Less rain out dates, less chaos of the market, less volatility, better hours and more people that are our actual customers and friends and frankly, better dogs. I said what I said.This Saturday (and almost every Saturday from now though end ofAugust) you can catch us at @daisychaincoffee8am-2pm or sell out.We’ve tested these Saturdays out the past few months with our cinnamon roll Saturday program and y’all have been loving it. And we are having so much fun. Which frankly is the most imprortant thing to me anymore.My standing menu is posted on the next screen. My hope is that you will come buy some weekly staples, like sourdough, granola, jam bars ect and find some fun surprises along the way too. No Saturday is complete without a coffee from daisychaincoffee and we’d like to think a TS treat too!Honored to be your baker.
