I did a half marathon yesterday with zero training, as I wasn't sure I would be able to make it. I only found out on Tuesday that I could attend the event, so either way, I am happy with it. by @thomasmallam

I did a 12ish mile run today with 20kg on my back.
I was a bit ill last week, so I managed to get a grip of my body and get this done.

I did a late 11 mile run last night with 20kg on my back for the charity of leukaemia and myeloma on the 8th of march this year doing a marathon with 20kg, which will be fun. Appreciate the donations so far and appreciate any further donations to Link in 😎🤠 by @thomasmallam
