Some POV video content rafting the Rogue River from Hog Creek to Indian Mary Park. Recorded in July, the water level was pretty low due to the very mild winter and dry conditions. taken in Merlin, Oregon by @thomasnotlaw

Always a fun time getting to raft on the Rogue. What’s even more fun is to talk a big game about jumping off tall rocks and then your friends bring you to one and you don’t prove it (Yes, I did that). Anyway, super awesome time. Thanks @grantginnis! by @thomasnotlaw

The Evans Creek Road fire started at about 3-4PM on Friday July 10, 2026. These are some videos I took on my drive out to the evacuation line with my buddy @jdpanzica. Definitely a big one. Hopefully fire crews can squash this thing quick. There are a lot of homes and families in this area. taken in Oregon by @thomasnotlaw

I am a dog lover, but there’s almost nothing better than a cat that comes up to you like this. Dogs can love anybody in any moment, but a cat chooses you for just one moment. Then, they turn their back on you and act like they don’t know you. But I’ll take this moment. It’s pretty sweet. taken in Oregon by @thomasnotlaw

Spent this Saturday waking up and immediately going on a hike up to Lower Table Rock. Makes me wonder if any comedian has ever tried to make a table joke about these things. Anyway, what a spectacular view of the valley. I remember almost passing out going up this in the past and now I can do it mildly winded. That’s not useful information for you, it’s a brag for me. If you scroll to the end you get a good pic of the view we had plus a solid photo of Shelby getting sun in her eyes. She said I could post it. I hope you all get a good chuckle out of how silly she looks. I know we did. taken in Lower Table Rock Trailhead by @thomasnotlaw

The annual National Rooster Crow in Rogue River, Oregon has been going on since 1953. In all my years of growing up here, this was the first time I ever watched it. I captured as many crows as I could so you could have the priveldge of hearing them. Some are good, most are bad. I'd be able to do a lot on a stage, but crowing like a rooster is not one of them. So, hats off to the many who tried. What a weird festival. I numbered them, so tell me which rooster crow number you think was the best, by @thomasnotlaw

It was a good Father’s Day. I’m not a dad yet, but I spent the whole morning saying Hi to everyone that walked past me on the trail. My wife said that’s some dad stuff to do, so I guess I’m practicing. Waterfalls are always cool. Oregon never seems to bore us. It’s been a wonderful start to the summer. The only bummer are all the fires happening. One sparked up on a portion of the I5 we drove past. It’s too dry, but not at the waterfalls. Those are definitely wet. Hope ya’ll have a good week this week. taken in Toketee Falls, Oregon by @thomasnotlaw

It was a good day trip to Gold Beach and Port Orford, Oregon. Never been to Port Orford. It’s not too boring and not too impressive. Just the right amount of okay for a good weekend outside the Rogue Valley. Learned about myrtle wood and how it was super important to this area. Made me realize I don’t know anything about wood. The sky opened up the overcast for a beautiful sunny day in warm-windy weather. We saw an old watch tower and coast guard duty station that had better barracks than I did in Fort Hood, Texas. I saw a boat, and thought I’d look cool in some glasses in front of it. I don’t think I pulled them off, but posting it anyway cause I’m tired of feeling self conscious. If you’re feeling grumpy like I was all week, go out and get some sun because it feels nice. taken in Gold Beach, Oregon by @thomasnotlaw

Last night was one of those nights that reminded me why I love stand up comedy. Getting to see Sam Miller live was exactly the experience I needed to see after taking such a long hiatus from the mic. Watching him have fun and bring a whole room together with jokes was awesome and a true inspiration.

@sammillercomedian , I had so much fun, my friend had an awesome first live comedy experience and it was a true pleasure to meet you. I hope to see more of your shows when you come back to the Rogue Valley! by @thomasnotlaw
