Feeling proud after closing out the season with my 6th Ironman and a 15th-place finish in my age group 🥳🏆

This race came with plenty of challenges throughout the day, but nothing I couldn’t push through or overcome 💯. There were definitely moments when things got tough, but that’s what these races are all about — staying patient, trusting the work, and continuing to move forward.

I’m always grateful to have the health, strength, and opportunity to train hard and take on these challenges 🙏. Every race teaches me something, and I’m proud of what this season has brought.

Now it’s time for a well-deserved off-season 🫡

Until the next one… 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ by @thomasthaiphysio

Feeling incredibly proud after completing my 5th Ironman last Sunday. 🏊🚴🏃

I'm grateful to have the health and strength to take on such a challenging course at Ironman Lake Placid once again.

This training block, I focused on gratitude and giving myself a little more grace. If I missed a workout or wasn't feeling my best, I didn't let it derail the bigger picture. Life gets busy, and sometimes all you can do is make the most of the time you have.

What gets you to the finish line isn't perfection—it's consistency. Showing up day after day, doing the little things right: eating well, sleeping enough, prioritizing recovery, and pushing through those final tough sets. Those small habits compound over time.

What motivates me most is knowing I'm in the best shape of my life, and there's still so much more to achieve.

Personal Bests this year:

✅ Marathon
✅ 10K
✅ Ironman 70.3
✅ Ironman Lake Placid

I truly feel like we're only scratching the surface. Anything is Possible! 💯

Until the next start line. 🏁 by @thomasthaiphysio

Feeling great after racing Tremblant 70.3 last weekend 🙌

Shaved off 8 minutes from my previous time last year so things are moving in the right direction ✅️

Blessed to also receive my Ironman All world Athlete Gold Status for 2026 ✨️

Was an honour and privilege to have trained and raced with a determined, like-minded, and hungry group of athletes. Congrats to those in particular who raced their first 70.3 and crushed it 👏

Triathlon is pretty much an individual sport but when you get to share these moments and experiences with others it makes it more memorable and fun 💯

Looking forward to Lake Placid Ironman next month 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️💨 by @thomasthaiphysio

More than Blessed 💯 by @thomasthaiphysio

Health is something I never take for granted — we’ll never be as young or as fit as we are in this very moment.
For me, doing hard things is a privilege. They make me feel alive, bring purpose to my days, and push me to grow. In every race I’ve entered the ‘pain cave’ — where lungs burn, cramps hit, doubt and fear whisper to quit. But that’s where the real growth happens.
Because the pain cave isn’t just about sport. It’s where self-awareness is forged, resilience is built, and lessons carry into every part of life. As the saying goes: ‘The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.’” by @thomasthaiphysio

Feeling accomplished closing out the year with my best Ironman yet. Three years ago I never imagined finishing in 10:XX—but here we are.

Countless hours of training and steady dedication are finally clicking. I signed up for this race last minute, still riding the high of my July PB. My goal was a Worlds qualification, and that drive pushed me harder than ever—dropping from 158 lbs in July to 148 lbs on race day.

I didn’t snag the Kona slot, but I ran a race that redefined what I believe is possible.

Huge thanks to my coach @natashavdm81 for helping me get faster every year and teaching me to trust the process.

Ironman journey so far:
• 1st – 12:59
• 2nd – 12:32
• 3rd – 11:55
• 4th – 10:52

Grateful to @machkitchen888 for dialing in my nutrition and @daaawnb for your constant support. Thanks to @jp_at_brownssports for helping me save some watts on the bike and @dornellasbikeshop for blessing my bike before every race
