You’re going to get tired.
You’re going to question yourself.
You’re going to want to stop.

Keep going.

The goals you want are on the other side of the moments when you decide not to quit.

Finish what you started.

The more I train, the more I realize what I don’t know. Sometimes the lesson is a skill. Sometimes it’s the gear. Sometimes it’s simply realizing I need more reps.

Get uncomfortable. Find the flaws. Study them. Work on them.

Always a student.

If someone has to go first, it might as well be you.
Set the pace. Lead The Front.

This past week, a dream was earned, a goal was accomplished, and a new chapter began.

Congratulations to my beautiful fiancée on completing her Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice degree! Your dedication, resilience, and countless hours of hard work have brought you to this incredible achievement.

You pour so much of yourself into this journey, and I couldn’t be more proud of the woman you are and everything you’ve accomplished. So proud of you, Dr. Mary. You earned every bit of this moment 🎓 by @thomasuli_

Almost four years of building Vanguard into what it is today, and it’s been a real roller coaster of learning through struggles and celebrating wins. Above all though, it’s never really been about the clothes or the products. It’s about who you surround yourself with.

I built this around a simple idea: the people you keep close shape the standard you hold yourself to. “Only the Willing” isn’t just something I believe on my own, it’s the kind of community I’ve been trying to build since day one. People who show up, push each other, and don’t need to be convinced to put the work in.

Some of the best relationships I’ve built over these four years didn’t come from selling a product, they came from that shared standard. Grateful for every one of them and excited to keep developing the community we’ve established.

Trust the process.

Not because progress is fast. Not because motivation is always there.

Because discipline compounds.

Every rep. Every early morning. Every workout nobody sees.

The physique, the mindset, the life you want is built one day at a time.

The people who wear the same symbol won’t all have the same story.

Different paths. Different goals. Different reasons for showing up.

What they share is a commitment to becoming someone they can be proud of.

That’s what the mark represents.
