M-M-MiG Monday! My favorite part of the @defendersoflibertyairshow. I'm not sure exactly why, but the MiG-17 has always been one of my favorites, and to see three of the flying together was amazing.

Sad day for Texas. The flag Spad left yesterday to be painted back to normal gray. I posted a similar picture to this previously but it had a cloudy background.

The most impressive demo at the Rose City show was @radaerosports in the Jet Waco. This thing has a jet engine from a Learjet strapped underneath it! Totally wild!

@jetjerod pulling a little vapor out of the hot air on the photo pass. The TA-4J Skyhawk looks like it would be so much fun to fly.

First, and only, airshow of 2026. No way I was missing the Viper Demo so close to home. Thanks @viperdemoteam and @femahiester!

Unfortunately it was too cloudy to try for an eclipse moonshot, but I was able to grab this last night. An American A320 on the downwind for DFW.

Playing the villain looks good. This Super Hornet from the VFC-12 "Fighting Omars" is sporting a unique adversary paint scheme designed to mimic foreign threats.

The first time I saw an F-35 with external rails was back in 2023 when the VFA-147 Argonauts paid us a visit in Fort Worth.

My buddy said that if I posted a Norwegian F-35, some guy named Erling will comment on my post.

The most patriotic #Spadurday. The Spads flew around the DFW Metroplex this evening providing the sound of freedom to dozens of city festivals.
