Day 2 of @rainierclassic
Event 4 not shown was circus dumbbell nice fat zero on that.

Event 5 medley of hell I'll call it. Unfortunately, the third item wasn't loaded correctly for my run. I was given the chance to re do but declined.

Event 6 is the stone to shoulder and the stone for the 120kg class was a bit much for all of us. No one could shoulder it.

This wasn't the weekend I wanted but I kept trying! #strongman by @thorberghoff

Day 1 of @rainierclassic done.
Event 1 105kg/231# block press. Fighting a last-minute back tweak really killed my mobility

Event 2 Car deadlift hit 5 reps.

Event 3 sandbag toss. Didn't zero this time!
