Did one of my usual Olympic, Nam Cheong & Lai Chi Kok runs! I had to make it quick! The rain is coming. Thunderstorm warning and amber rain notice! I got in as much as I could.

I grabbed some breakfast in TST with Annmarie before she headed off to work! I wanted to go for a waterfront run, but needed to let my food digest, so I decided to walk to Hung Hom, and run back to Olympic/Tai Kok Tsui. They were calling for rain today, but so far, no rain. It’s warm, but gorgeous!! Here comes the sun!!

Wow!! A gorgeous two days in a row of running in HK! A beautiful night run around Olympic, Kowloon and Lai Chi Kok. The next day, I found the airport trail from the airport to Tung Chung. Took that and made my way around Tung Chung. Man I love Lantau, and I love running in Hong Kong!! #hk #running #lantau #hkrunning #workout by @thork008

Easter Holiday Photo dump!!! 😁🐰We had a wonderful, but way too quick, trip back home to Kentucky over the Easter holiday to visit family & friends, eat a ton of down home country food and just enjoy slowing down for a bit. We didn’t get any fishing done this trip, but we will just have to go next time! We loved seeing you all and we will catch up again soon. #kentucky #franklinky #holiday #vacation #family by @thork008

Easy run around Olympic, Lai Chi Kok, Nam Cheong & Kowloon on a sore, swollen ankle but feels good to push through. It’s healing quite nicely! It’s been a while since I’ve been able to get a run in. Feels amazing to get out there run, run run!
