1st Thank The Most High for continuing to bless my family and those I love. Life is funny and all I’m about to write is basically saying please please be intentional in everything you do and appreciate every moment you have breathing on this earth. Take nothing for granted. Hold nothing in that needs to be said. Say and Show I love you a lot to those you show up for and show up for you. Be kind to yourself and to ppl who do and don’t give you a reason to be on bullshxt, serves you and them better in my experience. We all facing heavy shit, so please stop fxckin with ppl. Life can get real and crazy fast! Mental health is real y’all! Please take it seriously. Let’s take better care of ourselves. Be more intentional with the way we care for ourselves and one another. We all we got. I was compelled to write this cuz this big head ass, fine, coked body shaped big green contact havin ass lady at the airport was outta line man, with everybody and her spice boy just couldn’t wait to start fxckin actin like his sister had me tight but I kept my composure. Said what I had to say but it don’t take all that. Peace by @thoroughlens

I don’t know who needs to read this but the limits only exist in your mind. You can choose to live however you choose. You can have whatever you put your mind and the work in for. You have it in you, you know what you have to do, habits, situations and the thinking that you need to change or stop to take that first step to start. You are holding you up. No one else. So let’s get to it and keep at it. If it’s others that don’t understand or won’t help or stand by. It’s best to not sit with those thoughts. Show up everywhere as love and be Like The Most High put you there because he did. don’t take it personal. Run your route let those who talk think whatever they want, as long as you know exactly what’s going on. All praises due to The Most High God. #God #Health #Family #Abundance Wealth by @thoroughlens
In my years ive learned that the truth is not liked, loved or wanted. The idea, Yes. The practice of being it Always. Not so much. If anything needs to be addressed, it’s the culture of lying and no accountability. A bunch of sucka shit that got accepted because no one knew the extent of actual work to really be what you say you are when time passes, shit gets real, life gets very uncomfortable, no one’s watching and it’s just there with all the decisions of your life looking right at you the truth walks in. Without a shadow of doubt you know. You feel it. You see it. You become it. God shows up, everything gets disrupted. You looking at the mess you had no hand in and ones you help shape and create. Now it’s up to you… Fight or Fold? by @thoroughlens
