A cherished interview with the lovely @karenbryson @thoselondonchicks. We chick chatted about the juggling of plates - literally - with me owning a restaurant and actressing. So heartened to see her star rising, along with her ambidextrous talents! Repost• @solacewomensaid Today is International day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the start of 16 days of activism against gender based violence AND exactly one month from Christmas Day. Right now there are more than 1,000 women and children in our refuges across London and our free and confidential advice and rape crisis teams are receiving more than 1,000 calls each month.

Please take a moment to read about our I see Maya campaign and if you are able to then please donate to support and receive your very special Maya decoration.

Help us to support women and girls to recover from abuse and violence.
