September 26 — and once again, so many of you came to see us today.

We were honestly surprised to see a long line forming as early as 8 AM.
More than anything, we also felt sorry knowing that some of you had to wait so long.

Every single pie is still being made by hand, one by one, with as much care as we can give.

As a small pop-up with limited space and a small team, there are moments when we simply cannot make them fast enough.
We wish we could serve everyone sooner.

And yet, you wait.
You smile when you finally receive your pie.
You tell us it was worth it.

Those moments mean more to us than we can say.

To everyone who has taken the time to come find THOUSAND here in Hawaiʻi — thank you, truly.

We’ll keep putting our heart into every single pie, all the way to the very last slice.

Thank you for the incredible support!

We are officially sold out of pies for today. We will be back tomorrow at 11 AM!

We wish we could bake for everyone, but because we carefully bake every single pie by hand to ensure the highest quality, our daily capacity is limited to 40–50 pies (320–400 slices).
This allows us to serve about 80–100 guests daily on a first-come, first-served basis.

To save you an empty trip, we’ll post real-time sold-out updates right here on our Instagram. Please follow us and check our page before heading over!

A little taste of Korea’s café culture is coming to Hawaiʻi 🇰🇷🥧☕️

Thousand, a popular Korean bakery with 3 locations in Korea, is bringing their signature American-style pies to Domo Domo Hawaii in Ewa! Their Korean baking techniques make the pies lighter and less sweet than traditional American pies — and they’re seriously as beautiful as they are delicious.

Here’s what I tried:

🍌 Banana Cream — vanilla bean custard, banana crème brûlée, cinnamon & flaky buttery crust. Easily one of my favorites!
🍍 Yuja Pine — yuzu + pineapple with a refreshing, tart flavor
🍫 Chocolate Mud — rich, creamy & made with dark chocolate
🥭 Lilikoi Mango — tangy lilikoi + fresh mango for the perfect sweet-tart balance
🥜 Peanut Butter — sweet & salty with house-made strawberry jelly
🫐 Cheese Blueberry — cheesecake-style base, cream cheese & blueberry jam
🎃 Kabocha Pumpkin — lighter and nuttier than a traditional pumpkin pie
🥧 Pecan & Apple — classic favorites

They’re also serving their Hawaiʻi-exclusive Lilikoi Mango Pie 🌺🥭

We kicked off Day 1 today at 11:00 AM, and thanks to you, every single slice was completely sold out by 12:30 PM! 🎉🙏

Our pop-up runs from Sept 23 through Oct 4. Because all of our pies are freshly baked daily in limited quantities, we want to make sure as many of you as possible get a taste. Moving forward:

• Dates: Sept 23 – Oct 4, 2026 🗓️

• Hours: Daily from 11:00 AM until sold out ⏰

• Purchase Limit: Max 4 slices (half pie) per guest 🍰

• Walk-ins only: No pre-orders or reservations accepted 🚶‍♂️
