Five new course records were set on Sunday at C’mon Armageddon!

Congrats to all the runners that dominated the difficult terrain that Armageddon offers. It was so fun to see!

🪣 A little over ten years ago, I picked up my first bb (Bennett Bucket) and started a new habit: diverting as many of my carbon-based food + house scraps as possible

📆 Since 2009, 6,000+ #phillycomposters have done the same and turned a HUGE lift into a lovely daily ritual

🪨 There are a lot of big problems in our world & I’ve radically accepted that as one person with one lifetime, it’s unlikely I’ll be able to put a dent into any of them

⚒️ But together, we can chip away and make change

Whether it’s meditation, composting, running - a little bit often = A LOT
