I've been absent a while, sorry about that, but Im not gone! I have worked with a few vocal artists and done some collabs but nothing has been released. It has all been good practice. But maybe I'll have some new stuff out sometime. Cheers. 🍻

Wouldnt it be cool if Beethoven had a synth? Moonlight Sonata is one of my favorite classical songs so I couldnt help making my own sounds for it. Full song on my soundcloud, link in bio.

The break of the song in progress, it takes me a long time to figure out how I want these songs to develop over time and Im still experimenting with that for now.

In this part the bass guitar is triggering a gate to open on a drone I recorded previously that is playing the bass line. I scooped out the sub bass on the bass guitar so the drone can handle the low end when it is triggered. This gives the bass guitar grit and alot of sub and with the right gate settings blends well and sounds like its part of the bass guitar recording.

Heres another update on this song. I made a new part where I took away alot of the energy and added a saturated lead. Except for the drums just about everything has been from my modular synth. Just goes to show that even a small synth can do alot with the right modules.
