We all learn love to be something and then we go out and recreate it. I’ve always been in to push, to strive, to keep going… but I’ve learned there’s a different way to manifest and create. One that is more collaborative with soul, less controlling of energy.

One of my teachers told me: “you live your life one of two ways- either you are constantly going out and getting OR you are bringing everything to you, like a magnet”
Guess which one is more sustainable?
@hair.md showed up via my man going for a hair cut (best one of his life) across the street from our hotel. He was the special sauce and final detail for this transformational moment in my life where I would be sharing inside stories with the world. And @ericapierluissi happened to be at this event through @turkmeninwonderland - one of my fellow and amazing speakers- to capture this moment with her beautiful photography!

There was a time when my nervous system was so hijacked I wouldn’t have been able to make the steps and do the practicing it took to get up on stage.

Not because I didn’t want to, but because my body would have responded to the fear in a way that would have taken over- no matter how hard you work in your ‘mental state’ your body is the score keeper….

We cannot excel and start to function at higher states if capacity after trauma without address all Three Bodes in an integrated way, because the are not separate.

@threebodiesmethod is a pathway for healing, transformation and embodied change that came into existence through my own two decades long dedication to unwinding what had me all twisted up. A lot of it I didn’t know about, some of it I consciously knew about…

I’m just so grateful for where I am now.
I practiced like crazy for this talk so that I would be able to stay present with my body while still delivering what I had to give and connecting with the audience. I would not have been able to do this 20 yrs ago, I would have hid and tried to run away.

Genuine, whole body change is a whole system transformation, no stone left unturned, no part of you left out.
And all it takes, truly, is the willingness. Once you feel that willingness within you, it moves from there.
