I’m not trying to become another dental influencer. I’m trying to change the trajectory of the profession. Dentistry doesn’t have an awareness problem. It has an identity problem. For decades we’ve been conditioned to believe our value comes from fixing broken teeth. I believe our greatest value comes from preventing disease before those teeth ever need to be fixed. That’s why I named my practice Three Two Three. It’s not a catchy name. It’s the destination. Healthy periodontal pocket measurements - 1, 2, 3. Every decision we make starts with health, not production. The chair isn’t the asset. The systems are. The team is. The brand is. The philosophy is. When that clicked, everything changed. I’m not building a personal brand. I’m building a movement. Follow if you believe dentistry can be more than this.👊🏻 by @threetwothreedentistry
We’re hiring a DDS. Join a practice built around prevention, empowered hygienists, and exceptional patient care. #scv #santaclarita #dentist #dds #hiring by @threetwothreedentistry
I just got back from Switzerland. Not for a vacation. Not for a conference. For this. Fifteen dental professionals from eight countries, all united around one philosophy - that the most important appointment in your practice isn’t the crown prep or the implant. It’s the hygiene appointment. The one where disease is caught before it becomes expensive, painful, and irreversible. I’ve built my entire practice around Guided Biofilm Therapy and the prevention-first model. But standing inside EMS headquarters, surrounded by the people who created this protocol and the clinicians from around the world who’ve staked their practices on it, something shifted for me. This isn’t a product. It’s a movement. And the dental profession is just starting to wake up to what’s possible when you stop treating hygiene like a waiting room for the real dentistry and start treating it like the heartbeat of the whole practice. If you’re a dentist or hygienist still wondering whether the prevention model can actually work in private practice, I’m telling you it does. I’m living proof. This message is strictly reserved for dental care professionals. #IAMGBT #GBT #EMSdental @emsdental by @threetwothreedentistry

Common habits that harm your teeth and enamel. Everyday behaviors like over-brushing, frequent snacking, and using harsh mouthwashes cause enamel wear, gum recession, and bacterial imbalances. Follow for more! by @threetwothreedentistry
Ever feel like you have to prove your worth in the dental field? 🤔 Drop a comment if you’ve felt this! This was taken from our latest episode with Dr Bryan of @threetwothreedentistry he is a hygienists BIGGEST advocate and hear what he says about why 🙌🏼 Go to Your Dental Besties on Spotify to listen. (Link in bio). It’s tough being a hygienist, dentist, or therapist with all the pressures we face. But what if we shifted our mindset? Instead of controlling everything, let’s empower our teams. Imagine bringing your hygienist into the conversation about how you deliver your services, practice protocols, investments and new technologies/ideas. They might know more than you think! The truth is, it’s okay for them to be smarter in certain areas. When you bring them into business/clinical decisions and unleash their potential, everyone wins, especially the patients. So why resist? Let’s encourage our teams to grow and thrive together! 💪 #DentalCommunity #Empowerment #Teamwork #HygienistLife #Dentistry by @threetwothreedentistry
Why dentists should never disagree with their hygienist in front of a patient. Contradicting your hygienist undermines team trust and damages patient confidence.
