The leadership and foundation was set years ago by J at a early age. The work ethic, early mornings, all the sacrifices. Allowing someone from the same city as you to follow you and allow him to develop under your wing as if your were obligated to is what this is all about. Showing him what a PRO looked like since he was 11 years old and what it took. Gave him hope that one day maybe HE CAN TOO. All though AJ path was different, tonight the end goal will be the same. Fighting back tears as i write this because of the hard work, pain, blood, sweat and tears that was put into this. No better job in the world than being yal big brother and helping yal through the process of LIFE itself. 559 forever. Keep Goin 4🤞🏾🏁 taken in New York City by @thrillhill5
