THRIVE Thursday Episode 5: Vision & Goals 🌱

Vision is where we want to be (might call it a dream), but in order to turn a dream into reality, we have to take intentional steps toward it and those steps are our goals.

Goals give us something to work toward and help us measure where we are in relation to our vision. They don’t always have to be huge, life-changing accomplishments. Often, it’s the small, consistent actions that set us up for success and move us closer to the life we envision.

As you work toward your goals this week, remember that progress is progress, no matter how small.

THRIVE Thursday - Episode 4: Ignite Purpose ✨

When I started THRIVE, my goal was to encourage others to build a life rooted in purpose. I believe purpose often grows from our passions. The things we love and enjoy can become the very things that bring meaning, fulfillment, and value to our everyday lives while also making a positive impact on those around us.

This part of the SERVE acronym reminds us that purpose doesn’t have to be something complicated. It can be found in the gifts, interests, and passions we’ve been given and in the ways we choose to use them to serve others.

Giving back means the world to me, especially when I get to do it alongside my princess, Harper-Faye, and inspire the next generation of servant leaders while showing the beauty of volunteerism!

We had the opportunity to drop off coffee and doughnuts to our local firehouse and thank the firefighters for their service and all they do for our community.

Through my SERVE initiative, @thrive__bloom, the “E” stands for Engage in Service. Being able to live that out in my own life is something I prioritize and love sharing with those around me.

I encourage you to take some time this week to find a way to give back to those who serve us!

Thrive Thursday-Episode 3: Responsible Technology

We live in a world that is constantly changing, especially when it comes to technology. Learning how to adapt without letting a screen become our whole life can be challenging, but when we use technology intentionally, it can be a powerful tool.

That’s why “Responsible Technology” is an important part of my THRIVE acronym. It’s a reminder that life happens beyond our screens. Some of our greatest growth comes from trying new things, pursuing hobbies, working hard, and serving others.

Technology is something I’m incredibly grateful for because it allows me to share my pageant journey, my THRIVE initiative, and the organizations I love to support. But balance is key. When we use technology with purpose instead of letting it control us, we create more space to truly thrive.

Healthy habits are one of the best ways we can build a life that blooms. Whether it’s getting a good night’s sleep before a big test, eating a balanced meal before a game, or simply moving your body each day, those small choices make a big difference.

Healthy habits don’t happen overnight. They take consistency and a willingness to keep showing up, even on the days when it’s hard. Every healthy choice is a step toward becoming the best version of yourself.

I had so much fun at the Simpsonville Spring into Art Festival representing my Serve Initiative @thrive__bloom and performing my speed painting talent! I loved meeting so many members of my community and hearing the stories behind their art. Such a special day!!

How do we build a life that blooms… we THRIVE! @thrive__bloom!

To go and speak to 11 1st grade classes about how they can take root, create healthy habits, use technology responsibly, ignite their purpose, create a vision and goals, and engage in service is my “why” behind doing pageant! Wanting to pour into these precious kiddos about how they can create a life for themselves that blooms and thrives!

My favorite part was when one of they asked if we could do a group hug (the last picture on this post)!! So so sweet!

Also a HUGE thank you to @lizardthicketgreenville for dressing me as a literal Disney princess I am sooo obsessed with this dress and the stunning shade of blue it’s in! If you like this dress make sure to grab it as there are only a few left!

A little instant gratification for your feed ✨
One aspect of my SERVE initiative, @thrive__bloom, is engaging in service. In just 90 minutes, I helped make over 50 food boxes to support people in my community through my local Salvation Army!

If you have some free time, consider visiting your local Salvation Army and seeing what needs they have. They do so much for so many, and giving back to an organization like that is incredibly rewarding.
