Give me 10 weeks.
10 weeks to start transforming your body.
10 weeks to change the way you think about food.
10 weeks to build habits that last.
10 weeks to change the direction you’re heading.

And by early December? Start your summer holidays feeling stronger. More confident. More in control. Proud of yourself for finally doing the thing you kept saying you’d do.

Not because you waited for January. Because you started now.

You can keep talking about how you don’t have time. How you want things to change. How it’s just too hard. Or you can start.

I won’t sugar-coat it - losing weight takes work. It requires focus. Consistency. Resilience. And yes, sometimes sacrifice. But you are more than capable of doing hard things.

Nothing changes if nothing changes. So be brave enough to start.

Trust me enough to believe that this time, we can do things differently.

I’m opening a limited number of places for my 10-week online coaching program.
Personalised nutrition. Training. Mindset coaching. Accountability and support. Built around you, your goals and your life.

More details in my bio or send me a DM.

If you’re ready to stop putting it off, message me right now. No pressure. Just a conversation about where you are, where you want to be, and whether I’m the right coach to help you get there.

Let’s start. 🖤 by @thrive_wellnesscoaching

Because sustainable weight loss is never just about food.

It’s about how you manage stress, the habits you repeat daily, your routine, your mindset, your lifestyle and whether your plan actually fits your life.

That’s what good coaching should do. Not hand you a template and hope for the best.

I help you lose weight, build strength, improve your health and create a way of living that actually feels good to maintain.

The goal isn’t to eat less for a few weeks and watch the scales drop. It’s to build the habits, routines and mindset that change how you live so it becomes your new normal.

If you’re done with quick fixes and ready for a more personalised, sustainable approach to weight loss and health, send me a message or book a discovery call.

How many of your days are you just getting through?

Waking up tired. Running on empty. Counting down the hours until the work day is over. Tugging at your T-shirt because you don't feel comfortable in your own skin. Avoiding photos. Turning down invitations because you just can't be bothered.

Waiting for the weekend. The next holiday. A time when life feels a little less exhausting. And somewhere along the way, this becomes your normal.

But these aren't the days before your life begins. This IS your life. And while you're busy getting through it, you're missing out on actually enjoying it.

The energy to do things spontaneously. The confidence to stop thinking about how you look. The strength to take on something new. The simple pleasure of waking up and feeling GOOD.

You might not even realise how much you've been missing until you start making changes. Because when you begin to nourish your body, build strength, move regularly and prioritise your health, something happens.

You start getting more out of life. And that's what this is really about. Not just losing weight. Not just fitting into smaller clothes. It's about feeling good enough to enjoy the life you're living.

Stop settling for getting by. Start thriving.

Ok. What would make you ready?

A lot of the time, people struggle to find the reason behind not feeling ready to prioritise their health. They're usually waiting to feel more confident. Less nervous. More certain they won’t fail. Sometimes there’s a practical barrier that needs a plan. Other times, it’s fear keeping us where we are.

Fear of getting it wrong.
Of starting again.
Of putting in the effort and being disappointed.
That fear is understandable. But waiting doesn’t always make it smaller.

Confidence often comes from taking action and seeing what you’re capable of.
You don’t need to have your food, training and motivation sorted before you ask for support. We start exactly where you're at and build from there.

If you've decided you're not ready, ask yourself: what would actually make me ready?

Yes. Because we're not designed to be sedentary. You can train for an hour and still spend the other 23 hours of your day barely moving.

Walking is one of the simplest things you can do for your health. It increases daily movement and energy expenditure, supports cardiovascular and metabolic health, aids digestion, supports recovery and gives your brain and nervous system a chance to decompress. And never underestimate what a walk outside can do for your mental and emotional wellbeing.

But I'm not interested in having you pace around your lounge room at 10pm because your watch says you're 847 steps short. It's a target, not a punishment.

Park further away. Take the stairs. Walk while you're on the phone. Get outside after dinner. Build movement into your life until being active becomes your normal.

The gym matters. But so does what you do with the rest of your day.

Not every exercise deserves a place in your program. Your time matters. Every movement I choose has a purpose, an order of priority and a reason it supports your goal.

Hate leg day? Bad news… you’re probably still getting one. Prioritising larger muscle groups gives us more bang for our buck when it comes to building muscle, so the big stuff comes first. Then we focus on the smaller details.

Some exercises are there because of what they do for your body beyond aesthetics. Your glutes? They’re not just there to look cute in your gym tights. Strong glutes play an important role in hip stability, supporting your lower back and are essential to how well you move, lift and function - both inside and outside the gym.

Some exercises are there specifically because of the shape we’re trying to create.

And yes, sometimes I’ll put something in your program simply because it’s hard. Not unsafe. Not beyond your ability. But challenging enough that you’re going to have to work for it and build mental fortitude in the process. Because there is something incredibly valuable about doing something you don’t particularly enjoy, getting better at it, adding weight to it and eventually realising: I can do hard things.

That strength carries well beyond the gym.

Your program should account for your goals, your body, experience, any injuries or limitations, the equipment you have available and the time you actually have to train.

But it should also challenge you. We’re not just filling an hour with exercises. We’re training with intention.

When I build a client's program, I'm not simply looking at how many calories I can get her to burn. Because my goal isn't just to make her lighter. I'm programming for the body we're trying to build.

If fat loss is the goal, nutrition will do most of the heavy lifting when it comes to creating the calorie deficit. But while the fat is coming off, I want to preserve, and where appropriate, build quality muscle. That's why strength training forms the foundation of the exercise programs I write for my clients.

I’m thinking about body composition. Shape. Strength. Bone health. Function. Longevity. I'm looking at where you're starting, where you want to go, what your body needs and what we can realistically progress over time.

Because there's a big difference between simply losing weight and actually changing your physique. I don't just want you lighter at the end of our time together.

I want you stronger. Leaner. More capable.

The simple things still count.

Bare feet. Sunshine. Grass beneath them. No watch telling me how many calories I’d burned. No productivity attached to it. Nothing to achieve. Just something that felt good.

There’s something about being barefoot that grounds me. It brings me back into my body, into the moment, connects me to creation and reminds me how good it feels to simply be comfortable in my own skin.

I think we’ve made health far more complicated than it needs to be. More rules. More tracking. More restriction. More things to optimise. More pressure to do it all perfectly.

But most of the things that genuinely move us towards better health are actually pretty simple.

Eat nourishing food.
Move your body.
Build some strength.
Get outside.
Sleep.
Drink your water.
Do more of what makes you feel well.

My approach to weight loss is much the same. I don’t believe you need an impossibly complicated plan to change your body. You need the right things, done consistently, in a way that fits your actual life.

Because the goal isn’t just to lose weight. It’s to feel strong. Healthy. Grounded. Comfortable in your own skin.

And to build a life that feels good to live.

Sometimes, it really can be that simple. 🤍 #weightloss #mindset #weightlosscoach #fitness #womenshealth by @thrive_wellnesscoaching

A lot of people assume I never eat takeaway. And they’re almost right. 😊 It’s genuinely only a handful of times a year.

But this particular day? I’d driven 8 hours, arrived at our hotel hungry, the restaurant was closed… so DoorDash it was.

And apparently I ordered with my very hungry eyes.
> A burger.
> Two different kinds of chips.
> And then I proceeded to eat considerably more than I needed because… salty goodness. 🤌

Did I feel great afterwards? Absolutely not. Did I regret it? Also no.

In fact, I had a little giggle at my very bloated, slightly pregnant-looking belly while I lay on the hotel bed complaining about how full I was.

Would I make the same choice again today? Probably not. And that’s kind of the point.

Healthy, balanced living isn’t about having a “perfect” diet. And it certainly isn’t about restriction for restriction’s sake.

It’s about making choices that serve you most of the time. Most times that choice is the nutritious meal that supports your goals and makes your body feel good. And sometimes it’s the burger and two kinds of chips after an 8-hour drive.

One meal doesn’t undo your progress. You don’t need to compensate for it, punish yourself for it, or promise to “start again Monday.”

You just get on with your next choice.

That’s balance. And it’s a whole lot more sustainable than perfection.

You ate the salad. So why are you standing in the pantry at 2pm? 👀

One of the biggest mistakes I see women make when trying to lose weight is confusing eating healthy with eating enough to actually keep them satisfied.

A bowl of lettuce, cucumber and tomato with a tiny bit of chicken might look like the perfect weight-loss lunch. But if you’re hungry again an hour later, it probably wasn’t a very useful one.

A satisfying meal needs more than just vegetables.

🥩 Protein — helps keep you fuller for longer and supports muscle, particularly important when losing weight.

🥦 Fibre and volume — vegetables, fruit and whole foods help fill your plate (and your stomach) while providing plenty of nutrients.

🥔 Carbohydrates — yes, even when you’re trying to lose weight. They provide energy and can absolutely be part of a weight-loss diet.

🥑 Some fat — helps with satisfaction, flavour and nutrient absorption.

Weight loss requires an energy deficit. But that doesn’t mean the goal should be to make every meal as small and low-calorie as possible.

The better question is: how can I build meals that support my deficit and keep me satisfied enough to stick with it?

Simple. Balanced. Satisfying.

That’s how I like to do nutrition.

The woman behind Thrive.

I’m Marcelle. I’m a mum of 3 — with adult children out making their own way in the world, while I’m still very much in the thick of school lunches, drop-offs & raising my youngest.

I’m a businesswoman. A nutrition & life coach. A woman of faith. Someone who loves lifting weights, strong coffee, being barefoot in nature, camping and conversations that go a little deeper than surface level.

But those things are only part of who I am.

I’m a woman who has endured more than I ever thought I could. Who has had to start again more than once. Who has known loss, heartbreak, uncertainty and seasons where life looked nothing like I thought it would.

And yet, I genuinely love my life. Every knockdown and setback has created a beautiful resilience in me and grown a zest for life that I cannot contain.

I believe deeply in living with joy, strength and grace — not because life is always easy, but because I’ve learned that a beautiful life doesn’t require a perfect one.

I’m real life.

The messy and the beautiful.
The fierce and the soft.
Strong, but still human.
Disciplined, but never perfect.
Still growing. Still learning. Still becoming.

And that’s how I coach.

I’m not interested in teaching women how to follow a perfect meal plan or spend their lives trying to make themselves smaller.

Yes, we work on nutrition. We train. We build healthy habits and create structure.

But we also work on the woman doing all of those things. Her mindset. Her confidence. Her relationship with herself. The patterns that keep pulling her backwards. How she responds when life gets messy. And how to build something she can actually live.

Because I don’t coach from a text book or a list curated in ChatGPT! I bring my qualifications, but I also bring decades of real life.

I know what it is to change your body.
I know what it is to rebuild yourself.
And I know there is so much more to becoming healthy than a number on the scales.

That’s the heart behind Thrive.

Helping women become healthier and stronger, absolutely. But also helping them discover just how capable they already are.

I support GLP-1 medications. But I don't promote them. Ozempic. Mounjaro. Weight loss peptides. Whatever you call them there’s no denying they’ve changed the conversation around weight loss, and I understand why women are turning to them.

For some, medically prescribed weight-loss medication can be a valuable tool. But I don’t believe medication alone should be the entire strategy.

Medication can help reduce appetite and quieten the constant food noise that so many women struggle with. But quietening the noise isn’t necessarily the same as addressing what’s behind it.

If emotional eating, stress, all-or-nothing thinking or simply bad habits have played a role in your relationship with food, those patterns may still be there, even when the noise is gone. And if you stop taking the medication, that food noise can return.

That’s why I believe the mindset work needs to happen alongside the weight loss, not after it. Understanding your triggers, building new habits, learning how to nourish your body and developing a healthier relationship with food are all part of creating change that goes beyond the number on the scales.

Do I believe GLP-1s are the best option for weight loss? No. The holistic results my clients achieve without them speak volumes to that.

But do I work with and support women who choose to use them? Absolutely.

My job isn’t to judge how you started your journey. It’s to help you build the habits, skills and mindset that support where you want to go.
