🍂✨ Autumn reminds me of one of life’s most beautiful lessons: there is so much beauty in letting go. The trees don’t cling to what is no longer meant to stay. They release, they surrender, and they trust the seasons to do what they are meant to do. And somehow, in that letting go, they become breathtakingly beautiful. 🤎 Maybe we are meant to do the same. To release what has run its course, to lovingly lay down what is no longer alive within us, and to make space for the new beginnings waiting to find us. Not every ending is a loss. Sometimes, it’s a homecoming to ourselves. Sometimes, letting go is the most beautiful act of love we can offer our own souls. 🍁 Lately, I find myself feeling such deep gratitude for this beautiful life. For the lessons that have softened me, the love that has held me, the moments that have taken my breath away, and even the seasons that have asked me to grow in ways I never expected. For the beauty in the ordinary. For the people who make life sweeter. For the quiet reminders that there is still so much to marvel at, so much to feel, so much to love. I want to live with an open heart. To love deeply, appreciate fully, hold gently, and release gracefully. To stop rushing through the seasons and instead find the magic in each one. Because life is happening right here, right now. And what a gift it is to be here for it. 🍂🤍 Deep gratitude. Deep love. Deep appreciation for this one wild, beautiful, ever-changing life. Almost 6 years since my last baby- I still have days where I struggle with my C-section scar, or the “mom pooch.” I’m learning to see my body differently. This body has carried my babies, healed, changed, and carried me through every season of my life. 🤍 Somewhere along the way, music, movement, exercise, & nature became my grounding and my peace. They helped me quiet the noise, reconnect, and find my way back to myself. I’m not trying to get my old body back. I’m learning to fuel it, nourish it, move it, & make it stronger.
