For #outfitober2026 , we go to Day 15 from @enoz_art ‘s board: Magical Girl!

I showed Forgelaide a couple days ago, but now we get to see Ada Kaiser’s (from Days 1 and 4) magical girl form Adelaide! This time around, I also used a color palette another artist used for her design. I think it’s real cute!

Admittedly, even I’m not satisfied with her design fully yet. I’ve been iterating on her design for years now ^^;;. My main reference has been Madoka Kaname’s (daring, I know), but now I’ve been looking for a distinctive angle for Adelaide. Hence why I feel like adopting the colors. Let me know if you got any suggestions on what to improve or where I could draw inspiration from! by @thriveanddive

It’s OC-Tober Day 14: Disguise! Brought to you by the board by @stormyth.art ! #oc_tober2026 #stormythoc_tober2026

SHE’S BACK!!!! Can’t believe all it took was a little Spider-Chem (Spider-Man AU) to break me out of the slump! I knew I was challenging myself with an angled pose I’ve never done before and I was also doing a double lighting I’ve never done before, but I think the results are decent despite some of the bumpiness of the drawing! But I can’t let perfection get in my way right now, I just have to take the blows and keep moving forward.

But as for the theme, I thought this was a really fun one. Which is the disguise and which is the truth? Is the Spider-Chem suit the disguise for Sela Parker’s identity? Or is Sela’s clothes just a disguise for Spider-Chem?

We return to @iindigo.stars.art ‘s board for Day 13 of OC-Tober: As a different species!

This time, we get a peek into Ada Kaiser’s (from Day 1 and Day 4 of OC-Tober) alter ego: the magical girl Adelaide! But as a forg, so…. Forgelaide!

I’ll admit, I had a different idea on what I was gonna do today…but I’m starting to feel a bit of burnout. I think it’s cause of my busier schedule and the illustrations are taking up a lot of time to get up to my loftier expectations. But rather than quit out, I pivoted to something I could do quick yet again today. I’ve tried telling a lot of people to hang strong this month, but it seems I was also sinking deeper. But I think I’ve just hit the wall for now. It’ll take more than this to bring me to quit, so I just gotta push through each day even with easy illustrations and I’ll bounce back. Stay strong, me! 💪

Oh, and PLEAAAAASE tell me people still recognize the song Connect from ClariS and where it’s from. 🙏 by @thriveanddive

Today’s OC-Tober prompt is “OC’s Bad Habit” with a return to the board by @tobiasjayart !

Honestly, I was kinda inspired by Spider-Man PS4 on this one. When Dr. Octavius threw the remote in a rage and Peter instantly quips out of sheer habit and has to explain himself with “I have a habit of making bad jokes in tense situations…”, I found it both humorous but also very very interesting.

So my Spider-Chem has something similar. Friends, family, her boyfriend…none of these would set off her Spider Sense because they don’t actually mean her harm. And despite her heightened senses, she’s learned how to focus or calm them so she’s not constantly distracted. But when caught off guard, the usual thing would be to have “Spider-Chem” mode on and try to web her assailant to nail them down and give her a chance to recuperate first.

But since her web shooters are real bulky, she can’t wear them casually. So in civilian clothing, she can’t just fire off a web. In the future of the story, I like to imagine she has mini shooters with very limited webbing, but it prevents her from getting caught without them. Yet in the meantime…this comic focuses on this bad habit at its peak where she just reflexively tries to sling a web at someone who surprises her. The excuse she comes up with is that she thinks a lot about Spider-Chem since her job as an investigative journalist at the Daily Bugle requires her to chase her own self around. And of course…how could she be Spider-Chem when she gets surprised like this? Spider-Chem is *never* caught off-guard. by @thriveanddive

I’m not even gonna lie….i typed out a whole description and then exited without saving to draft so it all got wiped…I don’t have the motivation to type it again LOL.

So blah blah blah this was my OC Miranda from long ago and now I’ve drawn her again. Shes not technically my first OC so I admit to technically cheating but she’s the first ever one I cared for and the previous ones were just not in a style I do anymore. Enjoy! by @thriveanddive

Today’s #oc_tober2026 prompt comes from a list by Feyknights! This is one is your OC cosplaying as another character ☺️

Hehehe FINALLY! An excuse to draw some Umamusume content! Particular #stillinloveumamusume . I have my OC Ada Kaiser dressed up as her. The reason is…..well, let me have this, LOL!!! At least she’s a fashion designer so she totally does cosplay. I’m not actually sure what her favorite Uma would be off the top of my head, but Still In Love is my top favorite Umamusume alongside Rulership. Neither out on Global yet so I’m gonna waiting literal years…

But this one was super fun! I’m gonna have to draw Still In Love a lot for the comic that I’m storyboarding and posted a teaser comic for a bit ago. So I might as well practice a little bit more on how I draw her, right? Especially in understanding the intricacies of her outfit. This time around, I just used the new FuRyu figure pose as a reference for the “Let Me Do The Face” meme. Dunno if that trend is dead yet lol. I just thought it was really fitting for the composition that I wanted in order to help clarify that this is an OC doing a cosplay. by @thriveanddive

Sela Parker, investigative journalist by day and masked vigilante “Spider-Chem” by night, thought she had it all. A job. Best friends. An internship at her dream, Oscorp…but nothing could beat who she thought was the love of her life.

Edward Brock Jr, whom was originally just her senior at the Daily Bugle, was her closest companion as they sought the truth on the various villains and schemes going on around New York, but especially the mysterious “Spider-Chem”. She was charmed by his confidence; that “never say die” attitude. The responsibility he felt to help this city…Parker deeply related. What was once a job to keep her and Aunt May afloat whilst supporting her vigilante actions became the avenue for a new lease on life.

But fate was never kind to Sela Parker. Spider-Chem made a massive breakthrough on her new suit. One made with organic webbing, self-healing, and performative enhancement like a muscle. As a spider, she could only code name her new weapon one thing:

“Venom.”

Intimidating, sure. But it was powerful. Enough to strike back against the darkness.

Sela’s heart aches every time she thinks about how things could have gone so wrong in so short a time. Eddie, her greatest love…and Venom, her greatest weapon…

#jartzoctober2026 Day 6: Genderbend!

Today’s list I’m grabbing from is from @jartz120 !

Unfortunately, I ran out of time tonight, so it’s more low effort on this one compared to the others…But I just gotta buck up and accept it. The important part is that I showed up and drew.

I know the objective today was to find the differences in what would happen for the swap itself, but I was surprised to find a lot of my characters would stay pretty similar (even dress similar) and maintain their core beliefs 🤔.

In a way, I find that to be fun, like a sort of “destiny” thing. So I thought the best way to capture it, is in a parallel idea of “we love each other in every universe” by even the Genderbend admitting to loving the same person. Sometimes, things *don’t* change! by @thriveanddive

OC-Tober Day 5: @iindigo.stars.art ‘s board today gives us “W/ a character that inspired their concept”!

So this is my OC Yunai Wabare with #lysitheavonordelia from #fireemblemthreehouses !

Though their youth amidst warriors, small stature, and white hairs are an obvious overlap through physical appearance, their intersection goes deeper than that.

Both characters are rather sickly and are living on what they believe to be borrowed time. So they dedicate themselves to their studies and duties to either save themselves or save what they care about.

Lysithea is perceived as very short tempered and impatient, not unlike a child. But the truth of the matter is her short lifespan not allowing her to waste time. The very same applies to Yunai. She is the current Khan of the entire Wabare Dynasty. An entire nation depends on her. Though she is aware many spies have encroached on the upper ranks from her forebears, she must play a careful yet hasty game to defy the odds. But because of her poker face, she is seen as blunt and rude.

Also…drawing wise, I did not have a lot of time tonight. And if you watch the reel, you can see I was STRUGGLING! But I got to keep in mind that I want to be quick with these and that I gotta accept my mistakes and just keep pushing forward. Honestly, I think I got a pretty good result nonetheless 🙂‍↕️. by @thriveanddive
