STEP INTO YOUR POWER is now streaming on all platforms. Link in bio.

Whether you’re walking into the DTA office, walking into a room where you don’t know anybody, or walking into an important interview, keep some god damn swag in your step and confidence in your tone of voice. Don’t let people take that feeling from you. Especially if you know you’re a good, kind, considerate & respectful human being. The vibe is not about inflating your ego. It’s about maintaining some sense of integrity, self-respect, and healthy self-esteem.

Weather it’s with friends, partners, or family members, coming to terms with and processing dysfunctional relationship dynamics can be tough.

Coming to terms with how those things affect your relationships with the people in the world around you can be and feel like an outright, unfair, mother fucker.

It can feel like people are never really in your corner or are never really worth trusting. Isolating to keep your nervous system in decent condition, authentic sense of community eventually begins diminishing.

I know going through these things can have ya feeling like it’s impossible to repair, rebuild, & move forward.

I believe it’s important that we try. There are great people out there. Great people that won’t make you feel ugly about your ugly. 2 of them are on this track.

For me, to you.
