75 days ago, I made a decision to change my life. I was tired of just going through the motions. Being in the industry, there’s a lot that comes with it—both positive and negative. But without discipline, the negative can take over… and that’s exactly what happened to me. I gained over 60 pounds. I had no motivation. No clarity. On the outside, my DJ brand was growing… but inside, I knew I wasn’t living up to my potential or being who God put me here to be. Enough was enough. I started 75 Hard to build a new foundation for my life— and through that process, that’s exactly what I did. I cleared my mind. I strengthened my relationship with God. I took care of my temple (my body). And most importantly… I started choosing me. Over distractions. Over late nights. Over drugs. Over drinking. I chose growth. I chose discipline. I chose purpose. And through that, I found even more clarity in what I’m called to do— bringing people together in a positive way and uplifting those around me. Especially in an industry where mental health isn’t always talked about… but it matters. Your mind matters. You matter. Take care of yourself. Make the decision to become the best version of YOU. It’s all possible… you just have to choose it. I pray this gives someone the strength to break through whatever they’re battling and step into who they’re meant to be.
