Had a blast presenting at Boston College for @neacac Annual Meeting & Conference! 🦅

Dr. Geisler joined @henryyktc to present a session called “Beyond the Brochure: How Emotionally Prepared Are You For College?”🌱

In this presentation, gaps in the college transition were highlighted as they relate to emotional preparedness, plus useful tips were shared that can support students long before they arrive on campus!

Reflecting back on this month…

Dr. Geisler had the honor of speaking at the annual Kyle Cares Conference at Gillette Stadium, addressing high school seniors on the brink of their college journey.

In his talk, “Beyond the Brochure: Preparing Your Mental Health for the First Year of College,” students were reminded of something powerful: the feelings they carry about this journey aren’t theirs alone.

By bringing those shared concerns into the open, Dr. Geisler helped normalize the emotional reality of this transition, while equipping students with practical tools to build a strong foundation of well-being before they even step on campus.

Because mental health in college shouldn’t be a hidden struggle: it should be part of the preparation.

📱In a recent study with high school students, 88% think social media makes college look easier or happier than it really is. Do you agree?
