A little reminder that investing in yourself can look like slowing down, being present, and making space for the things that make you feel good. ✨🤍

A couple of weeks ago, I spent an evening at Miti Meets: Your Best Self at @golfshadowmountain, connecting with local creatives, discovering wellness businesses, enjoying good company, and taking a much-needed moment to reset with a manifestation meditation and sound bath. 🧘🏻‍♀️

There was something so soothing about stepping away from the everyday hustle, focusing on my breathing, and simply allowing myself to be present. A reminder that sometimes the most productive thing you can do is give yourself permission to pause. 🌿

Beyond the beautiful setup, cocktails, bites, and thoughtful wellness goodies, what made this experience special was the intention behind it: creating meaningful connections between local businesses and the creators who can help share their stories. Because community grows when we support one another. 💗

Thank you to Kendra and the Miti Meets team for bringing us together, and to all the incredible businesses and creatives who made this evening so special!

ASMR of my spa day🧖🏽‍♀️
Consider this your sign to slow down and take a little desert escape. 🌵🤍

Desert Hot Springs has a little secret… ✨ Spent the day at @miraclemanor Boutique Hotel & Spa enjoying the most beautiful mineral-water pools, stone soaking tubs, and peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect little reset without having to leave the Coachella Valley.

The water, the ambiance, the sounds… everything about this experience had me ready to stay a little longer. 🧖🏻‍♀️💦

If you’ve been looking for a local wellness escape, consider this your sign to book a day pass!

A little Saturday morning reset w/ my pretty friend @alexrose13_ 🤍✨

Joined @lululemon 📍Palm Desert for a FREE guided breath work experience led by @casapranastudio 🌿stay tuned as they will be opening their new studio in Indio, CA soon!

I left feeling so aligned + grounded. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

A few things I loved about breathwork:
✨ Helps you slow down + be present
✨ Can help promote relaxation
✨ Encourages mindful breathing
✨ A moment to reconnect with yourself
✨ And honestly… just feels GOOD to pause 🤍

🤎🤠 Botas, música, antojitos y buena compañía… ¡así se vive en el desierto! 💋🌵

Last Sunday we headed to Thermal for Entre Grupos: Botas y Tequila at @sixty6_ranch , presented by @toxicasunplugged. From the beautiful ranch vibes and live music to the vendors and cutest photo spots, it was such a fun way to spend a Sunday with my bestie. ❤️‍🔥

And of course, we had to get some antojitos! 🌽 Shoutout to @BotanasLaPatroncita for letting us try her esquites and the new Arizona preparadas in raspberry and mango. 😋🔥 ¡Tienen que probarlas!

P.S. El calor y la humedad were HUMBLING 😂🥵 The hair was hairing at the beginning… and then the desert said, “not today, amiga.” 💀💨

Gracias por la invitación! 🤠🖤

Sister date, but make it BEAUTY 💋✨

I was so excited to bring my sister along with me to the @beautiesocial Lip Studio Experience in Palm Desert! From the cutest setup + goody bags to learning new makeup tips and, of course, trying ALL the lip colors… we had so much fun.

I even stepped outside my comfort zone with a bold red 👀❤️ and had a little throwback moment with a vibrant purple that took me straight back to 2016 😂💜

Thank you to @beautywithmarlene for instructing us ✨and Beauty Social for inviting us and giving us the perfect excuse to play with makeup, learn a few new tricks, and spend some quality sister time together. 💄✨Follow @beautiesocial for their next event. by @thrivingwalissa

A little sneak peek of Palm Desert’s newest dining destination ✨🍣

I got to experience a hosted preview dinner at Yozu, a modern izakaya-inspired spot at The Shops on El Paseo, and let me just say… the food did NOT disappoint. 😍

From the crispy Hash Brown Roll + sweet & spicy Korean wings to the Wagyu meatball — there were so many fun flavors to try.

And the space? So chic, elevated, and perfect for a girls’ night, date night, or dinner with friends. 🥂✨

If you’re always looking for a new spot to add to your Palm Desert dining list, keep Yozu on your radar.
