Sunday morning cinnamon rolls for General Confrence! Special treat for my boy who just came home a couple days ago from serving a two year mission is Villahermosa Mexico! 🤗#sunday#love#family#cinnamonrolls#instagood

Cinnamon rolls-
2 1/4 tsp. or 1packet, active dry yeast
1/4c lukewarm water
1 1/2 cups warm milk
1/2 c granulated sugar
3 eggs at room temperature
5 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1tsp. salt
1/2 c butter softened

-dissolve yeast in warm water
-add the warm milk, sugar, and eggs
-add dough hook and stir flour
-scrape bottom and sides occasionally
-cut softened butter and incorporate into dough
-beat the dough until smooth, about 5-7 minutes
-turn onto flour surface and knead for 5-6 minutes until smooth (dough will be sticky from bowl)
-shape into a ball and place into a greased mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel. Place in a warm area and let it rise. About an hour
-lightly flour your work space, roll out about 1/2-3/4 in thick.
-spread melted butter, sprinkle brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
-cut into 2in rolls. Place in dish or cast iron pan.
Filling-1 stick melted butter, 1c brown sugar, 1c granulated sugar, and cinnamon to taste

Glaze if you want them gooey-
-1cup heavy cream, 4T butter melted, 1/3 c brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix together and pour over rolls
BAKE at 350 degrees, 30 minutes

Cream cheese icing-
-1cup softened cream cheese
-1cup powdered sugar
-1 tsp vanilla
1/2 T milk by @throughjillseyes
