HYROX BIRMINGHAM 🏃‍♂️

Proud of @emma.manfredi87 and proud of myself as running is NOT for me.

The diversity in Hyrox is one thing I really do appreciate and love to see.

It shows that fitness doesn’t have to look one particular way and that you don’t have to be a certain age, a certain size or at a certain level to get involved 🫶🏽

It’s something I want to continue bringing into what we do at THRYV.. We all work together, same workout, different goals but in it together 🤝

We have a variety of classes to suit each goals, just take that first step 🤎

Meet Jess ✨

One of our biggest and strongest transformations, I remember Jess deadlifting 35kg and not being able to move for 2 days to now deadlifting 105kg easily 🤩

Creating strong women is my passion… strong body, strong mindset 🤎

Well done Jess, you should be so proud 🥹 @jessblacknell

Our free week has begun, if you want a transformation like Jess pop us a message 🤝

💫 1st October 💫

My first year as owner of THRYV fitness.

If you have walked through the doors, done a class, been part of it in any way I would absolutely love to see as many faces as possible on Thursday.

I’ll be at the gym from 4.30 ( with cake obviously) so please pop in, eat, have a brew or join our evening workout 🏋️‍♀️
