*PARTY ANNOUNCEMENT*

Happy end of summer everyone, was a gooden. Rolling into autumn, ThudLine returns to London for the first time in 4 years, touching down at the amazing @mot.ldn for its 25th edition! :)

First up, bringing her high energy sound and selections to the party, is London-based DJ and local legend @tailokun_ Joining her is none other than Cologne’s own cowbell king @bryanokessler , known for his spoken word rollers and percussive expertise. We’re ecstatic to have him on board! Finally, a special guest, a beloved vinyl DJ who has been making massive moves with standout sets all over this summer. The brilliant @ellieaanderson and I will also be in the mix opening up shop with a B2B set. Always have so much fun playing with her.

Early birds are nearly completely sold out so grab a £5 ticket whilst stocks last!

One year on, our second rendezvous in an east London forest. Those who were there know just how special it was.

A taste of tomorrow - @feald.studio’s canopy within the canopy. Floating between the trees, the installation creates depth and atmosphere while subtly reshaping the experience of the forest from below, bringing to life projections from @_.charlieross._.

On the 1st August we bring our three collectives back into the wilderness once more. This time set in the height of summer, our next project honours where we started last year while pushing into untrodden territory.

Welcoming Free Zing, a fast-rising force fresh off of Love International, this rendition promises elevated production as we trial new ideas across light, sound & design w/ @feald.studio. Supporting her we have hard-hitting selectors and friends of the project, George Best and Larushkin, alongside residents from across our three collectives.

Once again, expect a unique and wonderful secret woodland location running from 11pm to 7am, impeccable sound, and a friendly community congregating for the right reasons.

*PARTY ANNOUNCEMENT*

The cat is out of the bag. For the first time ever @thudline is throwing a family affair: a full Dickinson line up! I’m excited to announce I’ve finally got my wonderful uncle @felixdickinson coming up to kick start the summer season! been thinking about this party since I started DJing about 8 years ago, so incredibly happy that it is finally happening :)

Felix really is a DJs DJ. His sets unravel with an energy unparalleled anywhere, cosmic, propulsive, joyous and universal, they constantly threaten to erupt into new surprising directions. It’s true with many DJs, but he really is the only person in the world who can play his set(s).

Pulling from 30 years plus of experience, his performances track back to his early days playing at free parties and illegal raves Brighton, cutting his teeth with the Tonka Soundsystem and their crew, right up to his present day involvement in a local and worldwide scene. Holding residencies and resonances all over the world, he often shines as a highlight at Love International Festival, Houghton and of course Block 9 at Glastonbury, which I had the privilege of experiencing for myself for the first time last summer. It was ridiculous.

Although always exceedingly humble and bashful of his impact, his career extends far beyond DJing, having founded multiple record labels like Ugly Music and Cynic, as well as being a purveryor of his own productions and remixes, stamped indelibly with a distinctive Dickinson flair that’s hard to find anywhere else.

He is also just a fantastic uncle, affectionately named Funcle Felix. I’m just super excited to share the decks with him for the first time, especially as it’s my own party and I’m getting to show it to someone who is certainly in the back of my mind in a lot of what I do, and whose influence I hold dear.

early birds are about to sell out so move quick if you want one. looks to be the last party I’m throwing in Glasgow for a while so don’t miss out x

we went back to @the_berkeley_suite a week ago today and I’m still soaking it in. such a stand out night for me with some of the best guests I’ve have hosted at @thudline to date! huge thanks to everyone who made it down, energy was unreal x

massive massive love to @dj__jm @nora________uk and @d4k5hhh for bringing the energy. highlights defo being @dj__jm dropping some forthcoming heat (slide 5), @nora________uk dropping that NWA edit (slide 2) and the whole of the opening set from @d4k5hhh , perfectly set up the whole night’s atmosphere x

special thanks to @glesgaonfilm for just being the best and providing these lovely pics, and of course to the whole Berkeley team for having us down again!

cracking on with some uni work now until May but have a big project in the works to mark the beginning of summer (perhaps biggest yet) so keep ur eyes peeled :)
