Found the cutest little roastery studio in Bayan Lepas! ⚡️

Tried their Pandan Latte and Osmanthus Oolong Black, and both were really good! Love discovering places like this, and I’m already looking forward to coming back to try more of their drinks.

One week into running Thunderbean Roastery Studio.

And honestly, it’s been a mix of fear, exhaustion, relief, and gratitude.

The quiet hours mess with your head. You start wondering if people will come, if you’re doing enough, if you’re actually good enough.

Running a permanent space also feels completely different from doing pop-ups. There’s always something that needs your attention.

But I’m learning to trust the process a little more.

If something isn’t good, get feedback. Fix it. Improve it the next time.

And every time someone tells me they enjoyed the coffee, there’s this small sense of relief — like maybe we’re doing something right.

Most importantly, I’m learning to take care of myself too.

Right now, it’s still mostly a one-person show. There’s only so much one person can do, and if I’m not okay, the shop doesn’t run either.

Really thankful for everyone who showed up, checked in, came back, shared the space, or supported Thunderbean in any way.

Week one done.

Still scared. Still tired. Still learning.

But we’re here. 🤎

As an artist, I find deep joy and fulfillment in creating with my own hands. My heart feels full when the work I do carries meaning, touches others, and is truly appreciated. That spark of excitement and connection to life is something I will always cherish.

There is nothing more meaningful to me than bringing ideas to life through my hands.

I can’t wait to welcome you into our new space—a place where creativity comes to life, hands get busy, and meaningful moments are made. See you soon! by @thunderbeanlife

It's been a while since our last video, many of you have been asking where is your shop and when are you open?

We are located at a neighbourhood called Lip Sin, Bayan Lepas. We are located under an old apartment. We love the vibes here and everything just seems to pause when you step in here.

We're currently in the process of cleaning up the space, installing some electrical and plumbing works. Also installing some ducting work so we can start to roast. We hope to be operational towards the mid or end September so stay tuned for more updates! See you! by @thunderbeanlife
