Is this peak? We don't think it's possible to build a better full-size truck more suited for ripping through the desert. From the insane lighting package — Squadron 2.0s, XL80s, and XL Racers with light actuators to the scene lighting on the GFC camper shell to the Thuren suspension, King bypasses, and 38" Toyo tires, this truck is an absolute missile off-road. by @thurenfab

The Thuren Fab @ramtrucks RHO survived another week in #johnsonvalley! Totally unscathed this year not even an out of center steering wheel. Does this shock tune ride sweet in small chop? Nope! It sure is a monster on the Boone Rd side hits though! 🤣 if you know these whoops, they are not little. @kingshocks @toyotires #rho #ramrho šŸŽ„ @zeb_huang by @thurenfab

A bit slower than hoped, but our Ram TRX/RHO products continue to move forward! We’ve been so darn busy with daily production… So thankful to all of you customers that support us! First priority we try to get orders shipped as fast as we can. it’s not always easy to fit in product development, but we’re pushing when possible! Hubcentric Forged indestructible TRX/RHO specific wheels are 99% there. Extend and improved rear trackbar relocation kit is done, and ready to box up. Front bumper about 90%. @kingshocks tunes 95% ready to go shocks can be ordered. 4 months and 3000 miles on the rear shock Rock deflectors, and Rev 2 is 90% and working awesome. Rev 3 was looked at today, and they are sooooooo good. We can provide the full package for these trucks, and if you have the will and skills, for a one day no-weld truck build they can do some unthinkable things Off-Road. Products will hit the website soon, but for now if interested never hesitate to email and check in. The @toyotires R/T Pro are REALLY good… Couldn’t do it without by bad ass Thuren Fab team! #ramrho #ramtrx @kingshocks by @thurenfab

With some heavy mods to the @kingshocks existing shock package(it does not ride like a Caddy in small chop šŸ˜‚), and some of our prototype #ramtrx #ramrho parts, we made a beast of a truck that took about 8 hours to assemble, with no welding, or even trimming of plastic. Bolt on our wheels with 37 inch tires and RIP. These trucks have potential. If the timing wasn’t bad for me I’d be with @cbdezines and @tom.patenaude running the Sketchy Class at the @terracrew #speedmetal event! #maxxistires #dodgetrucksxtreme by @thurenfab

Back from DTX week! Will post more updates soon, but here’s a quick clip of what the RHO did continuous for about 250 miles. I was HARD on it, and it didn’t break. CV boot puking some grease was the only thing that actually would be considered a ā€œfailureā€. I feel like I nailed the front valving, but the rear King 3.5’s I put too much rebound in, and not enough compression. Rear King hydros need a little love also, but that’s super easy to get dialed. It will only get better than this, which is nuts considering you can bolt this kit on in one day, and get this ready to boogie outcome. Long term, who knows, but so far I am REALLY impressed it stays driving! @kingshocks #ramrho #rho #ramtrx #trx @ramtrucks by @thurenfab

This one deserves a post. In 2014-2015 when the business was still at my house-shop, I knew it would be a profitable business move to start machining in house. My designs were getting complex, and I wanted to do things that were pushing the limits of what ā€œnormalā€ readily available machining could do. I had to have confidence that I could figure it out, but it was a tough one because this machine I was going to buy was very advanced for the time(mill-turn), and I had never ran a CNC machine before. The salesman for Haas selling it to me, looked at me like I was crazy because he said most people that bought these machines, never used all the features. It literally cost a third of the price of my house. Roxanne(I’ll explain shortly) gets delivered, and many hundreds of hours later packed into a short span of time, I’m pumping out very complex parts on my own that cost me 1/10th of the price they would have, if I had to outsource. Massive credit to my wife for having the confidence in me to pull this off. Buying Roxanne was a lot of thought and conversation between us. As always, I couldn’t do it without everyone else working for me, and @_goldman here pictured named this machine Roxanne, because when he started working for me, it would ā€œturn the red light onā€ quite often. Now years later he has done the same thing with help of @ae_duch and learned to run Roxanne himself. The error code turning that red light on, was a long road to figure out, and turns out it was a simple as packing a couple electrical connectors full of dielectric grease, and that alone made this machine rocksolid for years, but she kept the name. I’ll be sad to see Roxanne go, but on to new Adventures! by @thurenfab
