From teenage years until age 26, I struggled with acne that would leave dark marks on my skin. I tried every
product in the market, until I found out that the issue was also internal.

At age 27 I started taking care of my gut health & taking supplements to balance my hormones… not forgetting
using products that my skin needs and this combination helped me achieve visible results! 🤩

Sometimes, your hormones are the cause of your breakouts & that’s what skinvance+Zinc support. However, having a good skin care routine is also important for your skin barrier!!!! 🧴

You can find it at Clicks & Dischem or link in bio… RUN so that you can achieve your desired skin glow goal
in time for summer 😍

Melted, creamy, a little chili kick! 🤤🍔

After a long day, my new comfort meal is the Crazy Cheese Burger from Burger King, with extra cheese dip sauce.

There’s nothing nicer than unwinding over a good meal with your loved one! 🥰

September Dump- Skincare edition 🧡

Introducing MY personal winner product: The DEBUT Moisturiser. 🧴 A standout introductory cream to Vitamin A.✨ It leaves my skin feeling soft, well-nourished, and noticeably radiant! 😍

All the other products rank right next to it too, because without them the moisturiser would not produce the same result!

I can’t wait to further share my skin progress with you, the before & after images as we continue our journey with @environskincaresa.

You can get these products from their website, and get your glow journey going! ✨

ASMR GRWM : My morning routine with the Original Range by @environskincaresa | Good morning friends! 🧡🌅

I have been using these products for a couple of weeks, and my most favourite thing about them is that they are gentle on my skin barrier - no irritation, no sting/tingle.

As someone with sensitive skin, I’m always nervous trying new products, but this range has been good to me. They absorb beautifully, layer effortlessly, and actually work without the drama.

I am all for skincare that’s effective AND kind to my skin. The @environskincaresa products are all available on their website, you can grab what your skin needs.🧡

Over the past years, I have taken extra steps in caring for my skin, and the results speak for themselves. However, I still have a few very stubborn areas that tend to break out and leave behind dark marks; particularly my cheeks.🫠

I was recently introduced to @environskincaresa and was told that their approach could help address my skin concerns. I visited their Skin Care Institute, where I had a skin assessment and treatment using their revolutionary technology combined with highly effective formulations of products. I must say, I could see the instant glow a couple of days after the treatment...

They have put me on their Original Range & I am very excited to see how my skin responds and to continue on this journey towards healthier looking skin. 🤎
