Down five pounds in two weeks and am pretty sure it has everything to do with the number of beans I am eating. Soooo many beans! Well, and also eating one of these, not two, for a meal. Spiced black beans, red onion, homemade habanero pico de gallo, avocados, ground beef and lentil scraps from yesterday, cheddar, and a dollop of bio-active yogurt.
In related news, my vitamins arrived today and I’m so excited to see them you’d think they were a job offer!

Mama’s first dolmade! Been rather a living nightmare trying to follow the recipe, because the print ingredients differ from the video ingredients, but hopefully it’s flexible enough to handle a little extra dill and lemon.
