As a COACH! Our Job is to prepare you for LIFE, Not just the Game of BASKETBALL! During the GAME there’s moments that test you and in Life you’re faced with the same obstacles. We have to challenge you to be GREAT and Preserve when those situations surface. Focusing on the details. Staying committed to the Game Plan. Being Accountable and having the Determination to Execute! The task may seem difficult, but Desire to WIN triumphs the want to quit!

#shoutout My Family @jayl_peeee for capturing these priceless moments in #realtime

Listen to what it takes to be a successful athlete from @thywellnesslyfe

Coach Perk was one of our early Phase 1 Athletes. He was one of the most athletic, discipline, and hard-working athletes in the program. Now he’s sharing those same principles as a coach at Rancho high school.

Athletes. Listen close as he gives you some insight to taking your game and your athletic career to the next level.
