POSTS STORIES REELS

Obrigada, equipa. Juntos somos mais fortes, sem dúvida! ❤️‍🔥

Behind the scenes of the last couple of months.

2 months on the road spent with this big family lots of laughter, fun and hard work. All of this wouldn’t have been possible with years of hard work from @tricoachpauloantunes and with the full support @fedtriatloportugal and just grateful to be apart of this team!

Life in the mountains 🏔️ by @tiagolfonseca

Had the privilege of filming Paulo’s Portuguese squad during their training camp in Font-Romeu.
Standing on the pool deck, you stop watching the swimming and start watching everything else — the silence before a hard set, the exhaustion that settles between intervals, the focus that doesn’t break.
This is what elite performance actually looks like before the race. 🏊‍♂️🇵🇹 by @tiagolfonseca

European Cup Quarteira | Two Silver Medals for Portugal

Maria Tomé and João Nuno Batista both claimed silver medals at the European Cup in Quarteira, validating the intensive pre-season preparation.
Maria Tomé with an extraordinarily debut, stayed with the lead group throughout, powering through with an excellent run to finish 2nd, just 19 seconds behind the winner.

João Nuno Batista delivered an outstanding performance, securing 2nd place only 20 seconds behind winner Vasco Vilaça.

A special mention to all athletes under my guidance: some shone brightly, while others gave their all but fell short of their training standards. The results will come…
your hard work will pay off sooner or later.

A heartfelt thank you to the Triathlon Federation of Portugal for an unforgettable weekend. Together we are stronger, and the atmosphere among the entire team, athletes, coaches, media, directors, and staff, was absolutely incredible.
