I don’t think I’ve really felt heartbreak this complex. This was the hardest goodbye I’ve ever had to endure. A piece of my heart is missing❤️‍🩹. If you know me, chances are you know my baby Shiloh!! He has impacted almost everyone he’s met in some way and he’s one of the most loving, sweet, and dorky cats I’ve ever met. We’ve been best friends since I was 8 years old…like that’s been my companion for 15 YEARS and I wouldn’t have it ANY other way. That’s a lot of damn years😭.
We have watched each other grow up and he has seen me through every trial and tribulation in my life this far and it’s REALLY hard to think about going through life without him by my side anymore.
He’s not “just a cat” to me. That’s my BABY, my son, my heart, my family, LITERALLY ALL OF ITTT!!
He came into my room when he heard me crying and sat with me, I talked to him about EVERYTHING (he definitely looked at me crazy sometimes😭), he would find ways to show us that he was in pain so we could help him, he gave vibe checks to EVERYONE that entered the home wether you knew it or not, like he’s 100% ONE OF A KIND.
And I’m struggling to figure out how I’m just supposed to let that go.
After advocating for this cat throughout multiple vet visits, him being diagnosed with cancer, me feeling guilty, and him having to get surgery after surgery, he always bounced back and never let it keep him down for too long. He’s so strong. He had stayed alive longer than the vets even estimated😭. But he let us know in more ways than one that he’s tired.
I know he loves us and we love him very very much. I’m grateful to have been blessed enough to experience being “his person”. He was my world.
It’s never gonna be the same without you ShiShi❤️‍🩹.

08/02 I’m finally 21💋

Going from a bet in the sauna and nobody wanting to be the one to tap out and leave first, to singing way too damn loud during karaoke, to the end of the night going a bit longer than intended…I loved every minute.
I’ve had a difficult relationship with my birthday for a very long time. But when you’re surrounded by the right people, it makes it all worth it. I’ve never felt so seen, loved, and understood🤍.
Having friends who truly care about you and show up for you is such a blessing. I love all y’all so so much you really made sure I turnt tf up😭.

BIG thank you to my mama and mike for taking the time to make a homemade cake and make all that food for my birthday. They really didn’t have to, but they did (and ts was beyond fire…). They helped so much with making my birthday special🥲🤍.

So grateful to have made it another year! More adventures to come and more goals to reach! by @tiahnawolfe
