1999 trip to Iran. 🇮🇷 I loved it so much I went back on two more trips. I condemn the senseless killing of Iranians not associated with the regime and destruction of their priceless history. Golestan Palace is just one of the many magical and historic places in Iran that should be protected by everyone world wide! ❤️🙏🇮🇷 by @tialtabor

Happy Easter 🐇 with a nod to the Persian springtime holiday -Nowruz. The teapot is an antique piece I purchased in Iran in 1999 while on a peace mission with Friendship Force International and the Peace Corps. The mirror represents divide light and a time of reflection for the past year. My heart breaks for the people of Iran and I pray for peace soon.🌷❤️ by @tialtabor

It’s looking a lot like Christmas here at Riverview historic house museum. The volunteers have been hard at work putting all the beautiful decorations in place to reflect how the Victorians celebrated the season. Now is a great time to take a tour and experience Christmas in 1872. Also, you won’t want to miss our Christmas market here at Riverview on December 3rd. 🎄⛄️❄️ by @tialtabor

Come take a peek at the exciting restoration work going on at Riverview Museum. The exterior doors are complete and reflect their original mahogany grained finish. We are all grateful to Grace Abernethy for her amazing restoration artistry.
The fall is my favorite time of year at Riverview and the leaves with soon be turning their crimson red so plan your visit now. I would love to show you around and tell you all about the history of the house and the Hobson family that built it in 1872. taken in Riverview at Hobson Grove by @tialtabor
