All my Chi fans, y’all know we had to talk about that scene! I caught up with Iman Shumpert—aka Rob from The Chi—and asked if somebody’s gonna slide for him this season after what happened last year. He didn’t give it all away… but let’s just say he made it clear: something better go down.

Tap in and let me know—do y’all think Nuck’s days are numbered??

Sometimes showing up means simply being there.

Not offering advice. Not trying to fix it. Not having the perfect words.

Sometimes, people just need a listening ear and someone willing to sit with them in what they’re feeling.

As Tiara shared during The Healing Circle: Grief Has No Timeline, showing up can be as simple as listening.

Every meaningful conversation needs someone who knows how to create space for others to be heard.

We're excited to introduce Tiara Simms, the host of Grief Has No Timeline.

Known for fostering honest, unfiltered conversations through her platform, Straight No Chaser, Tiara has a gift for asking thoughtful questions and creating space for authenticity. Her passion for meaningful dialogue and community makes her the perfect person to guide this important conversation.

We're grateful to have Tiara leading us through an evening centered on grief, resilience, mental health, and healing.

Join us on Tuesday, August 11 at 6:30 PM ET as we come together for a conversation that reminds us we don't have to navigate grief alone.
