Hi, I’m Tia 👋🏽
I’m a manager with Complete Management Group, and my journey into management began long before the title. For over 10 years, I’ve been deeply immersed in the entertainment industry as the parent of two working kids, learning firsthand what it takes to navigate this business with care, clarity, and intention.

Today, I manage both youth and adult talent, bringing a hands-on, informed approach rooted in real experience. If I’m managing you or your child, thank you for trusting me — I truly don’t take that lightly, and I’m so excited for everything 2026 has to bring.

I’m incredibly grateful to Shanelle Gray-Faulkner, owner of Complete Management Group, for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to step into this role. I’m proud to grow, learn, and build alongside such an inspiring team.

A lot of people may not realize just how long these two have been doing this. ❤️

Jazzy’s very first job was for Parents Magazine at just 8 months old, and Amira booked her first job with Pottery Barn Kids x Lilly Pulitzer at only 4 months old. They have literally grown up in this industry.

Since then, they’ve worked on major print campaigns with some incredible brands, appeared in numerous commercials, including national spots and a few together, recorded voiceover projects, worked on episodic television and a feature film, and experienced more auditions, callbacks and director sessions than we could ever count.

There have been some amazing wins along the way, including a recurring role on a network series, but there has also been a whole lot of showing up, hearing “not this time,” and going right back into the next audition.

And through ALL of it, they still go to school in person, stay on top of their schoolwork, train in dance, singing and acting, and most importantly… they get to be kids.

Birthday parties. Playdates. Movies. Traveling. Riding bikes. Beach days. Hanging out with friends. Days where absolutely nothing is on the schedule and they can do whatever they feel like doing.

This industry has been part of their lives for almost as long as they can remember, but it has never been their entire life.

The other day they had another audition together, and watching them walk in side by side reminded me just how much they’ve already experienced together.

The bookings are exciting, but raising happy, grounded kids who still genuinely enjoy what they do will always matter more.

Cheers to 51. 🥂✨

Thank you to everyone who reached out with birthday wishes Wednesday. Every message, call, and text meant more than you know.

This past year has brought a lot of change, a lot of reflection, and a lot of growth. I’m still learning, still evolving, and still becoming the person I’m meant to be.

Through it all, I’m incredibly grateful for my health, my children, the friends who continue to show up for me, and the abundance that’s already in my life.

Life keeps moving… and if you know me, I’m probably somewhere in my car driving the girls on the way to the next thing. 🚗😂

So proud of Landon for booking his first commercial with two major brands! He’s worked so hard, stayed dedicated, and never gave up! 👏🏽

I’m a firm believer that what’s meant for you will always be yours. Sometimes God says YES, NO, or NOT RIGHT NOW. My advice with auditions? Set it and forget it! Give it your all, trust God’s timing, and keep going. What’s yours won’t miss you! 🙏🏽✨

So grateful to be part of an amazing team that helps create these opportunities and guide these kids along their journeys. Moments like this make it all worth it! ❤️

We’ve been doing morning affirmations since the girls were old enough to talk. 🤍

Do we do them every single morning? No. Life gets busy, mornings get rushed, and sometimes we fall out of the routine. But it’s something I always try to come back to because I truly believe there is power in teaching our kids how to speak to themselves.

Before they walk out into a world that will have plenty to say about who they are, I want them to already know.

I am smart.
I am strong.
I am kind.
I am capable.
I am worthy.
I can do hard things.
I believe in myself.

Thursday morning. Friday morning. And hopefully we keep it going every morning. ❤️

It may seem like such a small thing, but the words our children learn to say to themselves today can become the voice they carry with them for the rest of their lives.
