Post Workout | Stretch Routine 🧘🏽‍♀️

🧘🏽‍♀️ I stretch before + after each lift

🧘🏽‍♀️ I hold the stretch for about 30s - 1 min

🧘🏽‍♀️ You don’t have to be extreme. 10-15 mins a day is a good start

🌱✨ Stay active, stay healthy

🐄🍦MilkShake Factory | 📍Colorado Springs, CO

🥛Enjoy browsing a variety of hand-spun milkshakes, housemade ice cream, handcrafted chocolate barks and so much more!

🥛I ordered a Cookies & Cream Milkshake with a Chocolate Dipped Oreo. The Oreo chunks throughout the milkshake are my fav!

🍫They offer samples of the chocolate bark. I tried the S’mores Chocolate Bark — yummy!

🥛There’s also dairy free options too.
