Starting from Monte Carasso, you can also take the cable car to the village of Curzùtt, or return the other way around. And after the hike, stop at Ristorante Ostello Curzùtt for a relaxing lunch or aperitivo surrounded by nature and stunning views above Monte Carasso.

Please note that the restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday.

Come reagiscono i cani?
Grazie per tutte le informazioni ricevute!

Walk, taste, and discover, Ticino’s vineyard itineraries are more than just a single route 🍇

In the rolling hills of Mendrisiotto, where vineyards stretch across sunlit slopes, three different itineraries invite you to experience the region from a new perspective. Each one tells its own story, of land, of people, and of a deep-rooted winemaking tradition.

One path is all about the craft
As you move through the vineyards, you’ll uncover the techniques behind Ticino’s wines, from how the vines are cultivated to the care that goes into every harvest. Along the way, small details reveal a world shaped by patience and precision.

Another is about the land itself
Here, the focus shifts to the landscape, the unique climate, the soil, the gentle hills that make this region so ideal for viticulture. It’s a walk that connects you to the territory, where every view explains why wine has thrived here for generations.

And one brings you closer to the people
This itinerary is about the human story behind the vines, the traditions passed down, the relationship between growers and their land, and the passion that turns grapes into something more.

Take your time, follow the paths, and let curiosity lead the way. And if you can, step into a cellar along the route... because the best way to understand Ticino… is to taste it. 🍷
