Our first foray to the East Coast was more than we could have hoped for. A huge, heartfelt thank you to @_dontgrowold for making us feel like family from the jump. Thank you for saying yes to a random email from a random band — and for trusting us not to ruin every single piece of musical equipment we borrowed from you.

Connor, Bill, Mike, and Pete (3:27 BDP — can’t wait to see your new tattoo), THANK YOU! Let’s definitely rip it up in the Northwest together asap.

Also- Our Brooklyn show (and this tour in general) would not have happened if it wasn’t for the support and help from @rich_hall/@1000_.knives. Getting to meet people who knew Rich, who showed up for him and for the music, was very special and we’re extremely honored to have gotten to play the last show he booked in his hometown.

Special thanks to @andrewxhodder & family for putting us up in New York, @tgic_recs, everyone who came out, all the very excellent bands who played with us, and everyone else who helped make it happen. 🦓 by @ticstah

Our first venture to the east coast starts next week and we couldn't be more excited! For some of us, it'll be the first time in these cities.

We started planning this long weekend with @rich_hall and @1000_.knives back in November. He would be so pumped for how this turned out.

Come out and say hi to us and @_dontgrowold

We'll have some new merch with us ✌️ by @ticstah

In Spring of 2023 we started making Dear Gods. The bulk of the recording was done at The Unknown in Anacortes, and months of additional sessions, mixing, and mastering followed. We were privileged to get to work with @tgic_recs and there are SO many people that helped move this along (you know who you are). On Friday 12/13, we celebrate getting this thing out into the world. I hope you can make it! taken in Black Lodge by @ticstah

Our new album, “Dear Gods”, is OUT!!! Listen on your preferred streaming service, or order a copy on Vinyl via @tgic_recs. We also have CDs available on our Bandcamp. We are all very proud of this record, and are extremely stoked for it to be out in world. Endless thanks to everyone involved in making this with us, and everyone who has listened or purchased the album. Our record release party is Dec. 13th at the Black Lodge!

Dear Gods was recorded by Jason Sissoyev (@mixymixerson) at @anacortesunknownstudio, mixed by Matt Bayles (@matt_bayles), and mastered by Magnus Lindberg (@mlprod_vrtkl)

“Dear Gods is an auspicious debut. Yellfire have announced their arrival to the upper tier of heavy, noisy bands plying their trade today. It is easily one of the best albums to come out of the fertile, heavy music scene of Seattle in the past few years. But, it also a killer heavy music album, that people from all over should get into.

Truth be told. It’s a straight-up ripper.”
-New Noise Magazine

“Seattle-based, Botch-loving, post-metallic noise rockers.”
–Decibel

“There’s a touch of early Mastodon... It’s an album that doesn’t lose any intensity at all, whilst avoiding any hint of repetition. Absolutely monstrous.”
–Metal Epidemic

“Seattle-based post-hardcore crew Yellfire are just getting warmed up, with their debut album slated for release on November 15 via The Ghost Is Clear. But they’ve already surrounded themselves with plenty of good company, as evidenced by the impressive array of guest stars who appear on the LP, named ‘Dear Gods.’”
–New Noise

“Rounding out the top slots is Yellfire with their brand of noise meets hardcore... In all seriousness this thing would give Today Is The Day a run for the money.”
–Nine Circles

“With a crushing sound that evokes the doomsday-like crush of Today Is the Day and the ominous riff orgies of Deadguy, the Seattle band packs punch.”
–No Echo

“Heavy, brash and noisy.”
–Scene Point Blank
